It was a pleasant stay here. The staff at the receptionist very friendly and make us feel welcoming. The hotel is very nearer to Bukit Bintang, makes us easy to just walk on foot the Bukit Bintang area. When our first night there, our sink was blocked and we call the receptionist. The receptionist are very helpful as they immediately change our room to the bigger rooms than before. The best part is this hotel provides breakfast .

I like the place so convenient and near everywhere. I will book this hotel again this coming January. Staff are helpful especially when I asked to leave my luggage because I arrive early to the hotel. Receptionist let us to check in 1 hour early that help us a lot to rest from long flight. Highly recommended and great value for money.
The hallway carpet needs improvement. Rooms are too small but great value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. The lobby and lift is close enough to the path for my old mom to walk conveniently. I chose the Family room for big space.

the rooms have been updated to be more modern than before, cleaner and more comfortable. The location is very strategic and close to shopping centers in bukit bintang.
The room is not soundproof, so noise from next door can be heard.

The location is very good & awesome
The socket is limited for two only.. For tv & near one side bed only.. Sharing to use and we have to use.. Insufficient socket.

A great location!!! Easy to walk to the Twin Towers from and right next to a huge shopping mall!
Bathroom wasn’t very clean, had loads of ants in the sink. No window in room was a bit depressing.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. There's a big window to look at the streets and people.
There are lots of dust on the window sill above the headboard of the bed.
