I booked twin room with view. For me, its provide a nice view during night. Also, not too noisy during night time.

A road outside the hotel bit dark during night so not very recommended to walk alone unless you are a brave person.

Location is good.. it takes around 6-8minutes walking distance to Pavilion, around 3-4minutes to MRT Bukit Bintang, Mac Donald are just nearby.. Air con is cool enough. Provided with shampoo, shower soap, tooth brush, tooth paste and water.. there are also 24H front desk service and luggage storage service. Sound proof, smoking free room, having accessibility card in order to take the lift, safe

Don’t have refrigerator.. Internet not so “high speed”. The nearby area a bit dim, not safe for solo female traveller.. the road is narrow, and one way, taxi driver couldn’t wait passenger too long there..

I can't thank the hotel enough, especially the reception staff. I lost my pendrive with important files, and they were able to recover it even after a month had passed. The hotel's honesty is commendable, and it assured me of the safety of my belongings. As for my stay, the hotel’s location is within walking distance of malls and tourist spots, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provides free mineral water with refill stations, which can help you save some money. Once again, thank you so much, Izumi Hotel. It was a great stay!

None. Good for solo traveler.

the staffs friendly and helpful. although i reach around 1pm, they let us checked in before 3pm without any surcharge. That's great because the kids were tired after their trip down from Genting Highland.

we booked two rooms, while the standard room has a chair, there's none at the family room. for a family room, at least 2 chairs would be preferred. The lobby is small, and only 2 chairs available. Thus while waiting for transport, of which can be as long as half an hour, it would be better if more seats are available, especially for those traveling with old people and kids

the location is really near to bukit bintang. just walking distance & you can enjoy night view & night activity there. i love it when the hotel fulfill my request and definitely will return here when i travel to KL with my spouse. the hotel also has multi-storey parking lot for small & sedan car.

Walking distance to popular places around Bkt Bintang; short walk close to MRT & monorail station. Room with decent basic ammenities. Best part is can refill plain water or get hot water from the water filter stationed just outside the elevator area

The ventilator in the bathroom not working. Didn't bother to complain because was staying for one night only.

I chose this hotel because of its location. MRT & Monorail station just nearby about 300m and easy access to Pavilion, Isetan, Sungai Wang, street food at Jalan Alor, famous KL 'shibuya crossing', Friendly & helpful front desk. House keeping was superb. Overall i'm satisfied and definitely would come back and stay here again.

Just the 1st day during check in where the thrash inside bathroom was not emptied. Can be improved, no worries.

Location was great, walking distance of anything you want. Staff helpful and responsive with communication. Hotel security was great. Staff always had a smile and took time to help with questions and helpful information about local services and directions. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and comfortable. Outside noise did not disturb.

Quite near to KKV, Damascus,Pavilion and Lot 10. All of these are just a few mins walk away. There are even family mart, mamak and Mcd nearby. Quite happening around night time.

Morning is fine, however during night, it might seems kinda dangerous. As long as you have someone with you, you will be fine.
