The queen room with windows on the second floor is comfortable, clean, has a view of the street and is great value for money (I paid not much more than a hostel dorm bed price in KL). The staff are nice and care about your stay. Location of the hotel is great if you want to be in the Bukit Bintang madness. Only a five minute walk to monorail and MRT. Wifi and air-con worked well. Suggestion: please put a lamp in the room.

I arrived late at night and was given a small room on the first floor without windows, even though I had booked a room with a view. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the bathroom had no ventilation at all. I asked to change and the staff were happy to move me the next day when the room I had booked became available. It's a new hotel, so I'm not sure if it was an error with room management or whether the room description on Booking was inaccurate.

Very cozy and cheap for that room, I think it’s more than worth it.

No lift, not good English speakers but that’s OK because we kind of still understood each other anyway.

It is a budget hotel with a GREAT LOCATION AND PRICE, the workers are very kind and hard working too. Wifi is good enough to work and watch TV shows on laptop. 100mps speed, really good. The shower is really nice good pressure and gets really hot(I had a sauna haha) small hongkong style rooms AND large rooms available, the King rooms have a lot of space and small enclosed balcony with table and chairs, water kettle, tea, cups, saucers. No elevator , we got early checkin even though hotel was very busy THANK YOU. Also late checkout :D 5 to 7 minutes walk to Pavillion. They have water machine in hallway. They have toiletries, and tooth brush. The hallways are super clean and quiet, no weird guests. Very happy with this hotel and the staff, this is my 2nd stay here

staffs are friendly and helpful the beds are comfy the price are reasonable if you dont like noises, please ask for no window room. walking distance to mrt bukit bintang, monorel bukit bintang, pavilion, lot 10, sungei wang plaza and many more. no parking so park your car at the nearest parking mall.

since this is budget hotel so the bathroom is so-so but i dont mind about that

Location = The hotel is very near the Bukit Bintang Monorail Station. Lots of restaurants and malls nearby. Also near Jalan Alor. Petronas Twin Towers and the Menara Kuala Lumpur are about a 20-minute walk away. Stayed here for 6 nights. The room is clean. No problem encountered with the AC and the smart TV. Soap and shampoo were provided. There is hot water for early morning showers, plus a clean and thick bath towel.

The long-haired male staff at the reception was so unhelpful. I had to request (a couple of times) for a new bath towel and an insect spray without any success. He kept on telling me that they are only scheduled to help with such requests from 12noon to 5pm only. Then nothing will get done. So disappointing. :-( I hope they ensure/check that no one smokes inside the hotel as the smell also gets inside the room.

Hotel MSP has the best host of any accommodation provider I've experienced. He is incredibly helpful and kind. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed and a great view over the neighbourhood. Everything I needed was provided including toiletries. The shower has great water pressure and exactly the right temperature. For the price, it would be difficult to find a better place to stay in KL

There was a small issue with the curtain in the balcony section which made it difficult to open.

The location was good very central and near public transport links. There was onsite cold drinking water. The staff were helpful when you asked them questions. The room was bigger than we expected from the photos and it was pretty quiet considering where the place was located.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t that amazing in the room but it was fine for our short stay. There were quite a lot of people, mainly men just hanging around outside the property in the evenings, no issues at all but something to be aware of.

1. The location is great, with convenient transportation, plenty of food, and easy access to landmarks on foot. 2. The staff is very friendly and checks frequently to see if there are any inconveniences. 3. Although it is located in the center of the downtown area, there is little surrounding noise and the accommodation is operated quietly. 4. Although there are a few things that are not clean, you can still get a great stay at an affordable price.

Second time staying here. Excellent value for money, with basic but clean rooms. All the essentials are correct- AC, shower, comfy bed, internet television with YouTube. Staff are helpful and there is a 24 hour receptions desk. Free water and WiFi provided
