Hair dryer and fridge in the room. They gave me a room at the end of the corridor which good and quiet. overall it’s value for money.

There’s some smell that came out of the air-cond but it went away after a while (or maybe I got habituated by it). Also, it’s located at a back alley, so if you’re a solo traveler (or female), and not very brave, avoid this hotel.

Checkin was smooth. They kept room ready. Room is ok for solo traveller and was comfortable. They provided water bottles for 2 days stay. Requested for late checkout for one hour and was permitted. Location near to food market and many hotels nearby. Convenient transportation available.

No daily room cleaning and requested for cleaning before 4pm however no person arrived. Only one towel provided.

Superb location, one minute walk to bar street. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and powerful, nice bathroom! Good value for money, key card room/lift and front door.,TV worked, water topped up in fridge, 25 minutes to Twin Towers and a not far in a taxi to Batu caves.

View from the window was awful, rubbish and abandoned cars. But just kept the curtains closed and all was good!

each bed got 2 pillows which is so comfort. after long journey, its a good place to stay and take rest. easy for grab to drop off & pick up. the aircond was good.

the toilet is not convenient. it has no lock & can see through. as I travel with cousin so a bit uncomfortable. we have to wait outside take turn to use the toilet.

The hotel is quiet and there are no disturbances from the guests. 5. The hotel is very close to the city center and does not require transportation to reach the tourist areas there. 6. The food street is right behind the hotel and contains different and delicious restaurants and foods. 7. If anyone interested in IT and technology the Low-Yat mall is 5 min walking away from the hotel.

1. Payment is required as soon as you check in. 2. The desk light lamp was broken. 3. It is not safe to move alone after midnight. 4. Starting from six o'clock in the evening until the morning, you will find many girls asking you if you want to do a massage, and they start touching you and approaching you uncomfortably.

-Location is superb to walk but don’t expect a nice view because the location is behind the shops building and back street. -And in the morning there’s a crazy lady outside on the street screaming for no reason -Shower toilet clogged

Firstly, the female staff Vicky was excellent. She provided top-notch service when I lost my identity card and was extremely pleasant during the whole situation, even helping me search and look through the CCTV. The hotel is also just a 5-minute walk from the LRT and Jalan Alor. Room itself is decent for the price, not as noisy and unsafe as expected. The room is compact but has good facilities (tv, desk, several power plugs, mini fridge, etc.)

The only major problems were with the bathroom. The toilet seat was very loose and unable to be pushed up properly. The shower head was also too heavy for its holder, which made it unable to stand properly. Lastly, the water can get incredibly steaming hot very fast. Accidentally burned myself a bit at the sink. Small stains on floor, bed sheets, etc, but were not troubling.

Is a very strategic location, close to Jalan Alor and just walking distance to the MRT or Monorail station, and also to Pavillion or Fahrenheit mall. The female staff at reception were very nice and helpful. She allowed me to store my luggage at the hotel before check in time and also after check out time. Definitely one of the hotels I will stay at if I return to KL, Malaysia

I found the location more suitable for the living day to day life styles that I was more eager to see and experience close to restaurants and venues within walking distance.

Massage girls not knowing genuine men don't look for sexy liasons and the possibility of a healthy holistic need can be overlooked from certainly my perspective.

The location is close to Bukit Bintang which has a great street scene. The air conditioning and the hot water worked as they should.

I stayed here nine years ago and the difference is noticeable. Needs updates of paint .
