The location is perfect to go around the city. The staff was very courteous and hospitable. Every aspect of the hotel is tailored for having a good time.

The rooms are very small. The bathroom door does not close properly. The door needs to be opaque.

I requested for room service 2 days after check in. The cleaning staff didnt do it. I reached the hotel at 5pm and found my room not clean. When i asked why, she gave me a stupid excuse stating that she thought i don't need one since the day before i on the NO DISTURB light. Then i pointed to her that i requested for clean up and I on the PLEASE MAKE ROOM light since morning when i left the hotel at 6.30 am.

We are delighted that we chose the Hotel Buntang Collectionz for our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. This hotel easily exceeded our expectations. First of all, the staff. Super helpful and friendly, sorted out all the issues we had. Our room was very spacious, and it had all the amenities needed. Water pressure in the shower was perfect, the air conditioner worked well, and the bed was comfortable. It's all you need after a long day of exploring the city. And finally, the location. I think it is perfect if you want to explore the city. It is a busy area, but full of places to eat, massage parlors, etc. Shops were just across the street.

Not sure if it is a Malaysian thing or special for this hotel, but breakfast wasn't to our taste. Nothing that we used when travelling in Europe or America. No selection of cold meat, salmon, granola, jams, etc. In fairness, they offer scrambled eggs. Rice or noodles are not to my taste to start the day. However, maybe it is just a Malaysian thing as we visited the country for the first time and have no other hotel in KL to compare. So next time I would definitely stay at this hotel, however, without breakfast included.

Very nice hotel. Great room and very comfortable king bed. Location is good as there are many places to get great food around. It's also very close to the train station so getting around KL is easy. Staff were very helpful and contacted me when my bag containing money and passport was found in the lobby. All contents accounted for.

Breakfast was ghastly. Ground floor restaurant (not the hotel's) provides a three option breakfast all of which was unappetising and on my first day one of the options (the one I wanted) wasn't available. I recommend this hotel, but don't take the room with breakfast.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. It is right along Jalan Bukit Bintang, and the Jalan Alor food street is just 3 mins away by foot, with shopping malls like Pavilion, Lot 10 and all others in the vicinity being less than 10 mins away. It's a super busy street, so you'll have plenty to do at all hours of the day. The hotel itself provides free bottled water which is a huge plus, the rooms are decently sized for the price and also seem to be newly refurbished. The bed was huge and firm for my choice of room. The staff are also very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended if you're looking to stay in the area.

There was a strong smell of sewerage whenever we entered the room after leaving for the day. It will disappear once you have the aircond running though - the airflow in the rooms aren't the best. Also there isn't any space to park if you are renting a car, and your driver/taxi will need to stop at the side of the road if you're getting on/off.

Great location and fancy interior. We love the convenient of money exchange inside the hotel, is it so much safer compare those standing on the street. and the Japanese restaurant Donkai food was amazing! Less then 1 min walking distance to MRT which allow us to travel to TRX shopping mall. Compare to other hotels on the same street, there is a element of modern and historical preservation which is a high light. Staffs told me level 10 and roof top restaurant is opening soon which can see all incredible skyline for photo taking which looking forward for next visit. Staff is friendly and easy to reach out to all nice malls. Recommended this hotel to stay!

the local Malaysian restaurant located at ground floor food is not very nice, i think management can consider to change a better one. i heard they just rent the place, not part of the hotel. i forgotten the name of the restaurant but the chicken was too dry and not up to par.

Centrally located, modern, great staff and security team. I was standing outside googling and the security must of seen this and he came over to ask if I needed help and pointed me in the write direction. Donkai restaurant at the bottom floor is great too.

I have to say the rooms were incredibly dusty. I constantly saw dust flying around. Pillows had that stale used smell. If you looked at the floor in the room there were dried droplets of something and a lot of dirt and things under the bed. I didn’t feel dirty staying there but it has to be pointed out.

Amazing hotel. Central location and 2mins walk from Jalan Alor but yet so quiet inside. Also close to Lot 10 Huang for food and Pavillion. Staff are friendly and immediately helpful e.g. when safe didnt work in my room and shower clogged up- I messaged them and within 10mins they had arrived and fixed it. Bed was so large and comfortable. Pillows soft and thick. Everywhere was so clean. Daily water and other free amenities like razor/toothbrush/toothpaste etc all provided for free. I cannot recommend this hotel enough- an amazing experience. Especially travelling as a solo female I felt very safe the whole trip.

Best location ever in KL !!! Right in front of Bukit Bintang Crossing , 1 minute walk to Jalan Alor Night Market , 200 metres to the famous Chinese Roti guys ... 1 minute away from all the Malls literally!!! 9 mins walk to Chinatown , 10 mins walk to Little India ...And all these times are walking times ... So you don't need a taxi at all !!! We explored KL on foot and lovedddd it !

The rooms are nice.... I just wished the washrooms were a bit larger .. they're just too cramped up . But it's not a deal breaker at all ... For its fantastic location , small washroom is manageable.

Location is superb. Only minutes walk to Bukit Bintang MRT. Plenty of local food options to choose from. Also plenty of foot/body massages spots to try.

Because the hotel is located along a busy road - with obvious entertainment, buzzy restaurants downstairs - for my last night the blast of music was obvious. If you are a super light sleeper the location may just be too central and busy for you. I think the music wrapped up by midnight. What I don't understand though - when I tried to book the same hotel for another trip - the room price had jacked up quite a fair bit. So I probably wont be booking for my end March trip - since I could get even better value with the higher budget.
