Situated at the best location in Bukit Bintang. Reasonable price for the location. Hotel is clean. Bed & pillow comfortable. I have been staying in this hotel for more than 10 times as I feel so comfortable and welcome. Mr. Thomas the Manager are the best. He helped me with my luggage and let us Checked in early. Thanks Most of the staffs are Nice, helpful & professional especially one staff name KOMATHI. She should be given an awards - Employee of the Month

I have a problem with one of the staff named KASSIM. I was not Happy with the way he reply me when I asked him to check on the room vacancies, since I wanted to extend our stays. I asked him, why do you talk to me like you re irratated? I only asking if any rooms available? Later When my hubby comes to update the Card, he asking many questions and asked for verification and so on, and makes him feel uncomfortable. As the front liner He should be given a Customer Service Courses. He should know how to great & treat customer nicely and makes customer feel welcome.

The hotel location is close by with everything such as public transport, Lowyat, Lot 10 & Sungai Way. Breakfast is nice. Staff is very helpful to give us non smoking room upon requested. Keep it up.

Shower in my room is leaking and the head shower can’t adjust according to our height. This is so hard for short people. TV and Refrigerator are also not working. Please improve the amenities.

Great location, close to cafes, shopping, restaurants, two public transit lines. Comfortable room with kettle, fridge, iron, hairdryer, good pillows, nice city view, and bedside tables with lamps. Ample and varied breakfast buffet which started at 6:30 a.m. useful for us. Free, safe parking across the street tho' entrance a bit hard to find. Clearly caters to business people. We got a good rate on a Sunday.

Not the hotel's fault but I would NEVER recommend any tourist driving in KL. This hotel would be fine without a car, but seriously, driving in and around KL's sprawling expressways was one of the worst travel experiences of my life. Downtown and A1nd A2 driving is tolerable but the suburban multi-lanes are nightmarish and not signed for out of towners. Almost no English on road signs, altho' English is nominally one of Malaysia's official languages.

Location was excellent, close to metro and monorail. Japan Alor was close by and all the action and bars down Changcat were also close. I have read criticism of the breakfast, but I found it covered most bases. And was more than satisfactory. I have been coming to KL/BB for 5 years on the Dewali weekend. Every year different hotal, looking for Ms right. I've found it. Back next year. And also when I got tired of the noise and bussle of Changcat I found quiet little basically next door. I think called The English Bar.

If you are a light sleeper, the bar noises make it difficult to sleep. This stops at midnight. That was about the only downside .

Fast check in and out, excellent location , near to Low yatt, sungei Wang plaza, lot 10, Jalan Alor food street, mrt,free bus GoKL , pavilion mall , Fahrenheit shopping Centre, Time Square and many more.

Toilet bowl often get stuck, maybe is just my room only.

I stayed here 4x and would still return if i visit KL again. The staffs were polite, considerate and helpful, especially the front desk personnel and security guards. Hotel Capitol, please give the lobby personnel good commendation for their hospitality towards the guests!

Other guests who came with big families, and treated the hotel rooms, corridors and lift areas as a playground and not respecting other guests sanctuary. This is not a fault of the hotel, but the inconsiderate guests.

The hotel location ia nearby the shopping centre @sg wg, lot10, lowyat, pavilion, berjaya timesquare, the brandsoutlet, sepora, can easily for food hunting & also safe area. From the room.hotel we can see the view Klcc & others. This hotel room is reach our level esp the aircondition The manager & staff hotel is also very politely & good, helper Also easy to get grab to go anyway & many more

Only we always missed & cant reach the cleaner because want to get change new towel, & top up our tea & coffe, sugar pack & water bottle. And also top up for toilet facilities esp tissue toilet, soap

It is very nearby to many malls. All are walking distance. Staff and security guard very friendly. Room size is just nice for rest/sleep. Not too big, not too small. Bed and pillow is comfy too! Toilet is clean, water pressure from toilet is good too! Thanks for the good stay! 😄😄😄😄

When we first enter, there is a smell of cigarette smoke🚬... had to spray some perfume to cover up the smell. After the aircon were switch on for awhile.. only then the smoke smell gone.

Every thing is good the staff is so good. I have left my clucth bag inside the room during checkout time. The staff name ms.komathi has find us to inform us until at the law yat mall to take my clucth bag.. she is a very2 good staff. Thank you so much for your hopitality.
