Strategic location. Our room is spacious and clean. Secure hotel and lock door. Clean bathroom. Worthy staying. We can watch busking performances from our room since we get the city view for our room.

Water flows not working properly especially during the peak hours. Smoke of cigarettes from other's room coming through bathroom windows when the bathroom door opens.No cleaning sign in the room, that makes us need to tell them to clean up our room. The reception staff is not very friendly, and english pronunciation is hard to understand. When we asked for a cleaning service, he did not inform the housekeeper to do the service, but when we directly asked the housekeeping services staff,they did their job very well.

Bed was hugh. Bedsheet was clean. All the staff were helpful. The location was great. Close to everything, restaurant, metro, bus and attractions.

It is difficult to find the hotel. Took us over 30 minutes to find the place. Even the Grab driver was surprised.

Location is best. Storage for the day. Elevator from ground floor to reception on floor 1 etc.

Noise from ktv across the hotel. No breakfast. Double the price with 15 walk nearby hotel.

I recently stayed at Starq Hotel Bukit Bintang and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—it's just a short walk to all the vibrant attractions and eateries in Bukit Bintang. I loved being able to explore the area easily. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend Starq Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Kuala Lumpur. No vehicle free parking area yet the road curb behind the building can be requested for free parking area. The building community at the area can discussed with DBKL. Proposed for 1 day 1 ringgit (RM) parking charge for nationwide (Malaysia). To review quantity of vehicle park at the surrounding neighborhood of the related building area instead of provide job for vehicle parking enforcer. Control quantity of building development at certain area and more concerned on gap/space/ parking area around the building area. Develop smart area and smart city and not congested with building area but empty - technology waste for human being.
