The staff at this hostel were friendly and very helpful. I received a welcome message with clear instructions on how to get to the hostel, and they always responded quickly to any messages I sent. The hostel was constantly being cleaned, and everything was very tidy. The beds were comfortable and had curtains for added privacy, which I really appreciated. There was also a charging outlet right next to the bed. Lockers were available for storing your belongings—just remember to bring your own padlock so you don’t have to buy one. The location was excellent. Both the train and bus stations were easily accessible by public transport, and you could also walk to many places. Right next to the hostel, there were great shopping options and plenty of good places to eat. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the hostel organized lots of activities and events, making it easy to meet and connect with other travelers.

Super near to train bukit bintang, , kl monorail or mrl kajang line, very easy to find as it's next to McDonald's. Shower is great, they have good hair dryer. Bunk bed was ok, comfy. So far no allergies. But wish the steps are wider, almost missed a step when alighting the 1st time. (Sleeping top bunk)

The shampoo/body wash, if possible pls separate. Can be noisy at night, but since I slept on new year it was really loud as people downstairs still celebrating until 3am. But somewhat noisy next door (building) not sure if because it's mcd? I can hear the table or furniture being moved around. The curtain in female room 6 pax, non smoking, can be darker. The door unable to twist from outside so when you leave room, you might need to pull hard to make sure it's close. Few times I went back it was not fully shut/lock, maybe doing so will wake the others. But it's a safety concern since many have big luggage that can't fit locker or are actually sleeping. Strangers can go in anytime. Owner maybe can looked into this.

Nice and welcoming hostel in the middle of the city(Bukit bintang) It is both suitable for solo, couples and groups. The hostel rooms and bathrooms are located on second and third floor with a lovely small terrace at fourth floor. You cannot hear any of the noise from the street - even at night it is quiet. The staff is very nice. They helped with what to see and do and invited all guests friday for a night out and showed us the city at nighttime. I recommend joining as a solo (female) traveller. This way you will find someone to join and feel more safe at night time rather than walking alone:) The common area is nice for a quick meal, working on laptop or for meeting new people. There is cutlery, bowls, plates and mugs plus hot and cold water dispenser, microwave and coffee machine available. The female four-bed room has aircondition and air vent and a small desk and chair. I really enjoyed the whole week here, thank you! Navigation: find the big McDonalds(hard to miss) then turn to the left and the entrance will be just after the small tech store. Walk up the stairs in the grey/gray entrance, NOT the yellow entrance:)

The mattres was a bit hard, but manageable:) The floor on the toilet were wet a lot of the times, remember to take off socks

We stayed in a private room. The room was clean but some things could be fixed. Still all the basics that you need are here, good for a short stay. The location is really good, you are directly in the centre, not far away from the main sights.

It’s a room without windows, you feel like in a bunker, it’s a mood maybe you will like it. The room was clean but could benefit some refreshments. Although you don’t hear anything from outside, keep in mind that it’s located at a busy street, which could be easily overwhelming.

A perfect hostel. Right in the middle of KLCC, you probably couldn't get more central than this location AND the soundproofing worked wonders so it was incredibly quiet inside the dorm rooms. Hostel activities were also a great way to explore the area and meet other travellers (and perfect as a solo traveller)! Privscy curtqins for both top and bottom bunks, comfortable enough beds. Staff were really helpful, moved me into a female room and supported with an easy extension. So close to public transport system making it effortless to get around and see all the sites cheaply and without needing to take Grabs everywhere.

Felt less social outside of the activities but that's not at all a reflection of the hostel itself.

Great location! The hostel itself was well maintained and clean, I booked the female dormitory and I honestly couldn’t complain about anything. The room had air conditioning, there was a place next to the bed for some things, it had lockers and it was actually very nice. The bathrooms were also clean and had soaps. There was a common area inside, fridge and also a common area outside on the rooftop, which was a bit small, but worked well. I also very much appreciated the group activities the hostel arranged! It was a great way to meet other people staying there! So good job to the staff and the volunteers!

The location here is everything. The hostel is just opposite to a Monorail station (Bukit Bintang Station) and an MRT station. And it is at the middle of food shops, restaurants, and shopping malls. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered even trivial questions I had, both online and in-person.

Just a caution for those who cannot sleep with noises from rain and traffic outside. This might disturb your sleep a bit. Moreover, I stayed in a Deluxe Room with Private Bathroom, which is pretty small (but with this location and this price, it is worth enough), and there is no table and chair for working. But anyway, the hostel has a shared kitchen (with free coffee and a shared fridge) and a small yet cozy rooftop garden which has chairs and tables. So I think it is quite a nice place to stay. One thing for foreigner travelers -- Accommodation in Malaysia has a foreigner tax 10 RM per night. This has not been mentioned on Booking.com. I just found out when I arrived at the hostel.

Great location with lots of amenities, attractions and public transport nearby. Friendly staff, nice to have a common area with seating and some kitchen facilities plus filtered water freely available and a coffee machine. Bed was comfy and bathroom facilities adequate. Overall great base for exploring KL though some minor issues…

I wish there had been lockers in the rooms, even a small locking cupboard per bed, especially as there’s plenty of space in the rooms - under beds, or in the area taken up by a table that no one used (since the room is pretty dark and there’s a common seating area!). It doesn’t feel secure to leave your valuables in a room on a different floor that can be accessed by anyone! Shame about the lack of windows but it’s a built up area so can’t be helped. For some reason the staff clean the bathrooms at about 9-10am, when a lot of people are getting ready for the day - probably the time the bathrooms see most use!

First of all, the location is very good as it’s close to all the popular spots in KL. The location is excellent, and all the necessary facilities are available. You can grab a coffee, play games, and there’s even a small rooftop garden. I wouldn’t say it’s exceptional, but it’s definitely value for money if you’re looking to hang out with friends or just relax

The view from the window depends on your stay. I stayed in a dorm, and it was closed off. There was a window, but a large hoarding blocked the view, so it wasn’t great from there. I’m not sure about the view from other rooms or dorms

The hostel is located right in the heart of the Touristic place. Just 5mins walk to the clubs and bar street , 2mins walk to the famous night and food street. 1min walk to all the street and mall shopping center. KL tower is 20mins walk away. Leo is the GM he is an awesome guy , he took us to the food street and bar hopping. And special thanks to Emi for always organizing free tours and events for all the guest in hostel. Free coffee and water are available 24*7. I stayed for 3 nights . Met travel buddies who had so much of positive vibes :-)

The only thing i didn't like is the pillow its too hard and huge very difficult to sleep on it. You tend to get neck pain.
