1. The hotel is located at the centre of Bukit Bintang. Its happening there coz I like touring around at night time and enjoying my nite seeing the busking. One thing for sure,it memorizes back my good old days during my study time in KL. 2. The cleanliness of the room 3. The foot massage available at the hotel is very good coz my mother in law likes their service. A lady named, Mega is very friendly and kind.

1. Lift is only one available 2. Internet connection is quite slow 3. Lobby is quite warm 4. Room access card is only given one 5. The iron board should be available at every floor for convenience and easy use 5.

I booked a hotel room via booking.com for five nights from the 6th to 11th August 2024, When I reached the hotel around 8.00 am, Mrs. Cawarjah who was in the Front office, gave my room 06 hours early at 8.10 am in the morning, with out extra charge. I am very thankful for that, the Hotel Management and specially Mr.Cawarjah and all staff.

The guy who was at the front office on 11 th, Saturday night always talks angrily to Guests . I strongly condemn it

Close to the street food market. Ideal hotel for a one night stay in KL. Room was quite small but comfortable. it had a small bar fridge which wasn’t turned on but that didn’t worry me. When I booked the comments said the room would only be held until 6pm but that wasn’t an issue.

Dated but perfect for a one night stay close to everything.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic. Easy access to train station, malls, shops, even the shawarma down there was good.

No breakfast. The air cond inside room 103 need service. Not cool. Sometimes turn off by itself.

Since i check into the hotel got this Friendly Chinese Auntie who work at the Front desk she really kind & cheerful person. This Auntie really make you feel at home. She really help us during our stay. The housekeeping staff really good & punctual in cleaning up the room. The room is clean & cozy. Aircond really cold easily can fall asleep. Good hotel.

Lobby so hot. No air-conditioning

Great location to stay. In front of Panda eyes, a few minutes walking to Damascus restaurant, Mrt station , pavilion, lot 10 etc. Facilities services are very nice and comfortable for the family.

😪Receptionist not friendly. 😪 the price at the counter may differ from the amount shown during booking. - need to standby duit tepi.

The hotel being on Jalan Bukit Bintang is ideally suited for all of the main tourist sites and places to taste Malaysian cuisines Jalan Alor is just a short walk away.

Having travelled to KL many times over the years, I don't find anything to dislike, However for a first timer to the area they might be overwhelmed with the area.

It was in the centre of the city. Easy to go anywhere. Walking distance

That one old malay lady at the receptionist was very rude. She was incharge for the check out at midnight and shes not so friendly when we ask question as if we were the one who is wrong. She couldve told us in a nice way and we were very disappointed as we like the hotel cos its comfortable.
