Location was good, staff cooperates well and helpful, at first my room just okay and change to another room which is more clean

Maintenance not properly done, water problem just for a while

The building is so dirty, elevator is scary, when we arrive we cant go inside the building bcs need acces need to wait someone who hv acces, i cancel my stay just when i arrive and there is no information where is the receptionist.

This room does not look like the picture on booking.com. Here all things are broken like cupboard, basin, TV ect. Water runs out of the faucet repeatedly. You have to go to the reception and ask for the water to be released. It feels bad when the water runs out during the bath. And the situation gets worse when you go to the reception and find no one.

If they spent a few hours painting and cleaning, the rooms would be alright...alright, not great. The multiple restaurants around?

We entered our room and we watched cockroaches run under the furniture and the bed. The walls are full of mold and the paint is all peeling. The bathroom - now then...it was passable, although there wasn't running water..or atleast on demand running. You turn the tap or the shower and ten minutes later it decided to start. At 5am we were woken on our first night by a lovely lady screaming at the top of her lungs tying to get into a room. After an hour of banging and screaming she left.

I like the location... Near to Bukit Bintang area... Near to pavilion Kuala Lumpur

The condition of the room..... Cockroach everywhere.... No TV.... Toilet is no toiletries
