1) Kevin at the front desk was friendly and approachable. He ran an one-man operation at the front desk but everything was done in a breeze. Kudos! 2) The room was quite spacious and comfy. I like it that the local TV channel carried World Cup matches live. Wow! 3) The breakfast was nice. 4) The location of the hotel was right at Alor Street. This is the reason I stayed here again after 3 years. 5) The lift automatically goes to the floor you are staying at after tapping the room card. Fantastic!

1) The washroom cleanliness has definitely gone backwards since the time I stayed 3 years ago. Just a good scrubbing and the washroom would be good to go again! 2) The corridor outside the rooms could do with better lightings and vacuuming of the floor. 3) The eateries around Alor Street have changed a lot, my sense is that the crowd is now more tourists than local, and the price has perhaps adjusted to be more expensive as well.

The location is perfect for enjoying street food and shopping around the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and provided all the requested facilities without delay.

Buffet breakfast didn't had many varieties.

Room was Comfortable, clean bathroom and bedroom, with balcony and great view of food street . Great location for night food market and busker music, not far from a number of malls.

Gym facility, both treadmills broken and reported but not fixed within the week we were there. Was informed by receptionist that Laundry machines were broken and not likely to be fixed fir couple weeks.

One of those boutique hotels that served to impress the quick and easy traveller. Located in the heart and happening of Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is situated at the tail-end of Jalan Alor. During the evenings, and into the late nights or even early mornings, food revellers roamed Jalan Alor for that delicious taste.

Initially, I stayed on the eighth floor facing Jalan Alor, and street buskers can be noisy till the wee hours of the morning. However, the rooms facing the back are much better. Some travellers don't follow smoking rules and alarms went off in the night. The hotel has to be stricter implementing the "No Smoking" rules. Asking for a smoking deposit is one carrot and punishment.

The location is very good, along the bustling Jln Alor food street where lots of local eateries congregate, and just minutes of walk away from the Bukit Bintang MRT Station and Monorail/LRT. It is within short walking distance to Lot 10 and Pavillion shopping malls. The room is one of the cleanest I stayed so far in Malaysia. For the price, the amenities in the room are complete with tissues, bath towels, fridge, safe deposit box, electric kettle, mineral water and coffee. The hot water shower works very well. The bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. I will come back to stay in this hotel anytime. The bellboy is very courteous and friendly, always ready to greet and open the lobby door for guests.

No toothbrush/toothpaste provided. The hand soap was a bit diluted. A metal spoon rather than plastic stirrer for coffee would be good. There was no indication or labelling of shampoo or Shower Gel, hence I could not tell which was which. A hand towel provided would be good. Despite the above minor shortcomings, this hotel is still one of the best.

The staff is very friendly and room is good too. The individual food items you order in the restaurant below is also very good. the staff was very co-operative and made sure that our requirements are met regardless of the time we requested this was very impressive.

We only ate breakfast on the first day; the breakfast buffet had minimal items, so we went with individual orders from the next day. The location is in a very, very crowded area, there are some street vendors, and unfortunately, some individuals use children for begging, which is heartbreaking.

There wasn't a face towel. My 2bd room was provided with drinking water but no floor mate and the light wasn't repaired. My room was provided with a floor mate but no stirrer provided and no drinking water.

The tall guy at the front desk was really professional. Any issues we had he quickly resolved it in afew minutes. The hotel was located close to really good restaurant. Wifi very good. Security guy also was helpful. Ibis Styles just refurbished the hotel so expect some changes.

Had issues with security lock of the bedroom and key card. But that was resolved quickly.

The location of the hotel is nearer everything you want. I was impressed with all the staff within the hotel. Kevin was accommodating. He was the main person who got everything done for my necessary needs. I asked Kevin if he could help out with my luggage storage. He was very initiate and friendly. Thank you.

The room is slightly small and no storage. But it is fine for solo travelers.
