I picked up a room here for half the nett price so it was extremely value for money. Even at nett price, I still think its considerably a solid place to bunk in. I was in KL for a conference in Berjaya and this hotel is in close proximity. The hotel is right beside two convenience stores (one chinese, the other 7-eleven. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were really nice in particular. Toiletries were provided including a hair dryer. There was also two complimentary bottled waters provided. Beds very comfortable and clean linens (had a very nice sleep). I got the rooms without windows and there was generally no noise concerns as others have mentioned.

The access to the hotel isn’t close nor smooth from Imbi Monorail station. I had to catch a grab since the walking access was not so good. The hotel room door isnt sound proof so any noises from the hallway is very audible. You cannot switch off individual lights. It would be nice to have a desk light or bedside lamp for working.

All went well staff was very professional. Room was comfortable, lobby smells nice but breakfast needs improvement a lot.

Breakfast needs much improvement especially the refilling was very slow there was no fruit refilled juice refill was very slow mostly was Indian food, pl look into it. I took breakfast one day and due to it quality I skipped for other days

The fact that it's walking distant to the Jalon Aror Street Food market, like only a minute or two away. And Bukit Bintang is like like a 5 minutes walk, yet not too close, so it's a good proximity away. Even if I had all the money in the world, I'd still stay here. It's more than just cheap & cheerful.

I understand Kingston Hotel purchased this premises from Metropol not long ago, hence it is not shown up on Google maps as Kingston Hotel. But we (the guests) were informed to look up Metropol on Google maps anyway.

The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room service was always on time. Also, the location was great as it is near shopping malls and night food market. I’m thankful with all the staff both front desk and housekeeping as all my request were accomodated. I had a pleasant stay! I will definitely book this hotel again when I go back to KL.

The location was perfect for us, right next to Chinatown and just a short walk to Berjaya Times Square. There are plenty of markets and restaurants nearby, and transportation is very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

No breakfast was provided (which is understandable given everything around the hotel), and it could get a bit noisy. Also, the cleaning service was sometimes hard to track down.

My room was not locking even after the card was pulled out. I complained but no solution ! The room was not clean once during my 3 days stays Breakfast doesn't have many vegetarian options. I came for my birthday and informed them in advance. But no efforts were made to make it a good experience.

My stay here is very comfortable. The room is big and clean with complete amenities. The water heater does its job and there is even a fridge functioning properly. Minimal sound pollution at night for those who are sensitive to sound when sleeping. The staffs are very helpful and polite. The hotel location itself is within walking distance to Lalaport, Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10 and public transport if you want to go further than the Bukit Bintang area. So that's a plus for me.

Hotel location is abount 2km from Jalan Bukit Bintang. Located at jln pudu which is less noise compared to jln bukit bintang itself. Parking is available nearby which is a bonus since parking is very difficult around bukit bintang area. Room is quite big and clean.

Find that less restaurant around this area but there are convenience store nearby. You have to go to Jalan Bukit Bintang for food.
