It was overall a very good experience. The apartment was appropriate for 3 people. The kitchen was well-equipped and bathroom amenities were provided on the first day. Very secure location.

The only issue was the housekeeping service. We stayed there for 9 days and only once was the apartment cleaned and the towels were changed. More frequent housekeeping would've been greatly appreciated

Maple home room cleaning policy is 1 time in 4 days which is quite bad as a result we continiously cleaned each day and asked many times for tissue, toilet tissue, bin plastic etc. Told this to management, hope to get action. Apart from this all good

Excellent location close to Jalan Alor and shopping centres. The view from our room was amazing!! We were in a high level and didn’t feel the need to visit role twin towers. The apartment was massive, 3 bedrooms, bed and pillow was comfortable, the air conditioner works very well. Washing machine and laundry detergent was a great bonus. The pool is amazing and the gym is also great. Good wifi. Thank you for our stay.

No pool towels, no tea towel and cutlery’s in kitchen area but otherwise very comfortable and convenient.

I like the location because it is very close to jalan Alor but not so hustle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The front office is not open 24 hours so if you need an early check out you need to arrange it with the staff. The room is comfy, homey and clean. There's also washing machine to directly dry your clothes. If you like to go to legoland, there's also a bus stop near the residence that goes to Legoland. Thank you for your service. I don't like the AC because it's pointing to our head, also the bathroom curtain is full of mold and almost broken. Some of the remotes are out of battery.

The bathroom floor is too slippery. My husband slipped in the shower without shower gel or shampoo. We’re afraid to step into the bathroom. Hope this problem can be solved.

We have stayed at Swiss Gardens a few times now and with kids it is always a huge hit. The swimming pool area is fantastic with lovely sized pools and with a great view of the city. The 2 bedroom apartment is a really good size and comes with perks like a washing machine which after 4 weeks of travelling was much needed. The location is great, 5 minutes and you are on Jalan Alor for great food or after 10 minutes by the Pavillion shopping mall. Getting the keys was super easy and for a 2 bedroom apartment in Bukit Bintang its superb value for money.

Pre COVID you used to get given swimming towels down by the pool which they dont seem to do anymore which was really annoying. The apartments look a bit dated now and they dont seem to have SAT TV but the value for money cannot be argued with.

Big appartement at 34. floor with a fantastik view over the city. Very close to a very lively and interresting restaurant street. Nice with a pool area.

The appartment was a bit worn down and not as nice as the pictures. Especially the bathrooms needed reparations. There were no pictures on the walls so it seemed a bit cold.
