Apartment pretty new and clean. Security guard station at entrance/lift lobby Breakfast is not buffet style; u select from a list of local food that comes with either Kopi-O or Tea-O, nothing special, taste average. Free parking. Youtube and netflix streamed flawlessly 99 speed mart is just downstairs Hang tuah LRT station just a few hundred meters away

Although parking is free, there is no access to the lift lobby from the carpark. u have to go up the ramp and walk beside the building to reach the lift lobby. Not sure why couldn't turn the thumb knob to lock the door from inside. But door can be latch locked.

The suites were massive and are ideal for children. They were clean and towels WERE provided. The location is amazing, literally walking distance from a large night food market as well as the famous twin towers The receptionist, Niaz, was just amazing. He woke up at 5:30 am to book us taxis to the airport and dealt amazingly with the few issues we had had

Breakfast was a let down. The suites uses a next door coffee shop which would provide 'a simple ' set menu. Unfortunately the menu was very limited and wasn't suitable for our family.

+ very nice, large, clean apartment + a personal request was wonderfully met (thanks again!) + wifi good + free underground parking (but only around the corner) + restaurant for dinner next doors

- breakfast was unexpectedly not available; this should have been communicated beforehand (a small amount was compensated for) - we do not see the use of a kitchen if you do not have cooking facilities, microwave, and so on - coffee and tea would have been nice together with the kettle, it would suit the price - bathroom is quite slippery

- Location, close to Lowyat, Lalaport & Bukit Bintang - 99 Speedmart at the groundfloor - Unit super clean - Unit has smart TV - Free parking

- No direct access from parking to hotel lobby...imagine if heavy rain - No complementary water or filtered water

Great price for the location and the rooms provided. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Smell nice and fresh perhaps because of new establishment. The staff all are very friendly and helpful. Always cheerful and smile on their face. Keep it up. Only walking distance to nearby attraction like bukit bintang, lalaport and other places in downtown KL. Will definitely stay here again.

Parking bay is secured and spacious but theres no connecting stairs to the lobby and theres no covered or roofed lobby to drop off passengers. If only there is somewhere to pick up and drop off without having to get vehicle and passengers wet I would give 10 star rating.

Room clean & tidy. Complete with strongest WiFi, android TV. Comfort to stay with small family. Walking distance to landmark building & easy to find public transport. 99 speedmart just under the suites if want to buy food or needs.

Breakfast a bit late start & need the waiting time also a bit late. Don't have any laundry. Need to find laundry nearby. Mineral water need to buy at mart but mart operating 10am to 10pm only. Because we just arrived suites around 12am.

1. The location is just behind the Swiss Garden, Robertson and KL Police Headquarters - safety is guaranteed! 2. The room is located at Level 4 (3A) and accessible by elevator. Its interior design is superb! Individual aircond unit in each room and living room. Convenience at its best! 3. Speedmart and Oldtown Coffee are located at the ground floor - convenient for F&B. 4. Free parking.

1. Parking space is located at the basement, but not linked directly with the ground floor. For elders / privileged person, it's better for them to disembark in front of the building together with luggage. 2. No towel provided. No toothbrush provided. Toiletries are provided i.e. hair shampoo and body foam. 3. The bathroom is slippery when wet. Since no towel provided, it's considered an hazard to use the bathroom.

Location was very easy to find. Rooms are big, new and clean. Im rather surprised that their ceramic tiled floors are squeaky clean too. Contacted them via whatsapp that i will arrive around 4-5pm. But as we were delayed n didnt have any roaming, they couldnt contact us. Check in was quick n easy. Upon reaching room then i realised they sent me a text saying their staff will end shift at 5.15am and next staff will only reach at 7am. We reached at abt 525am. Thankful that the staff stayed to wait. Got a last min deal from booking.com at almost half price for such a big room n with breakfast for 4!! Breakfast was very simple local fare but all the items we tried were great tasting! A very hidden gem.

Great location, breakfast could be better but overall a very good stay. Good working wifi, and smart tv. The bathroom is spacious enough, shower works well. Quiet area, but in a 5-10 min walk(depending on your pace) you're in the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur with many food stands, stores and everything you expect there to be. Will definitely come back.

The breakfast wasn't great. Nothing wrong with the cook, but the options just aren't great.
