It's a little walk to the centre/ most sight-seeing spots, but this wasn't a problem for us. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The air conditioning in our room didn't work so it was quite warm. Most of the staff were really lovely and helpful.

Most of the staff were really nice, however the first man that checked us in was really unfriendly to the point of rude, he walked straight past us in the lobby, then didn't smile once and only acknowledged my boyfriend and not me, even though the booking was in my name .

My second stay at the Casa Residency Apartments and both visits were excellent. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and well appointed with all one would wish for. The apartments are extremely well located within a short walking distance to multiple restaurants and all the major attractions KL has to offer. Highly recommended.

Staff were very helpful, thanks to Ali he was great! Ended up extending as we really liked it. Location really good for getting around, lots of good food places (murni discovery nearby was excellent) close by. Pool was lovely. Nice to have fan and AC in the room. Would definitely stay again if back in KL.

The room was in perfect shape and was well equipped. Very comfortable bed and a good ac system that doesn't blow on you when sleeping. The location was very good, just 15 min walking distance from the central market. Swimming pool was very well maintained and was nice and cooling with a great view to the 2nd highest skyscraper in the world!

The ceiling fan was squeeking, so we had to switch it off. We mentioned this to the owner after our stay, and he promised to take care of it. Besides that, no issues at all.

Apartment was cozy and clean.

Power kept tripping off due to overload . If you have the hot water on and aircon the fuse trips. We arrived very early morning 3 am. No shops . Note there is no complimentary coffee or tea. Would have been good to have something there after a long trip.

Room was so nice and was on the top floor with a city view. Building is in a central area (lots of tour buses parked around) and walkable to the big mosque and food market. We talked to security and then the owner met us with the key shortly after.

We were only given one towel and it took them a day and night to give us a second one

Security is high here. Be sure to have your booking ready to present to security. I did not and that is when my phone decided to act up. Security was very helpful and things got sorted. Host is attentive but did not need anything as everything was ready to go. Apartment was very clean. Wifi superb.

Super nice place less than 1km from the heart of Bukit Bintang. Easy to walk to Berjaya Times Square and to monorail station, close to Chinatown. Big, clean and super nice apartment with water boiler, coffee mugs, stove, washing machine etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Great wifi. Superb view from 12th floor. Took a morning run to Petronas Towers in the morning, only 3km away. Really recommend this place. , so big thumbs up for Casa Residency 👍

the view wasn't the 118 merdeka tower. Air con is leaking and ceiling fan is broken too and have some noise on it. Have TV but don't have channel.
