Splendid views of the KL skyline. Nice interior, particularly the toilet.

There were a several bugs found when we checked in and some ants. A more thorough cleaning job might be needed. Microwave oven had a residual smell from the previous user. Spoilt kettle (but was replaced almost immediately). One of the living room chairs also had a crack and could not be used. Drying function on the washing machine wasn't working so we had to dry our clothes by hanging them out under the aircon.

The friendliest, quickest, and most professional staff out there, they were super cooperative and I wish all other companies would have that. What I also loved about the location is that it had a 7Eleven and some local restaurants there.

The room needs major maintenance, the walls were all dirty, door barely locks, cups smelled bad, there was a shattered window handle laying there, one of the ACs wasn't working, the toilet door lock isn't working, there is also a missing bidet sprayer missing "or whatever you call it".

The location was great. A few minutes walk from Jalan Alor and the large shopping centres. View from our room included the petronas building. Staff were incredibly friendly and responded quickly when I asked a question or requested more toilet paper. There were 3 double beds and a single bed, washing machine, fridge and microwave so fantastic for a family visit.

The apartment is outdated and worn-out. Could use some re-furnishing and fresh paint. The building it self is in the same condition. Very difficult to get in touch with the staff. They replied our messages many hours later. Told us that they would clean on day three but they didn't come until day later. We had already finished our clean towels and toilet paper. If they would step up their game in communication then I would have rated them 10

Excellent place to stay, perfect location for family and friends who want to go out to bars and clubs or night market, very spacious for family 3 bedrooms with a master bedroom with double bed and 4 single beds in the other 2 bedrooms excellent communication with the self check in as we booked very late and office was closed but all instructions where sent by watsapp within 5 minutes of booking, would definitely book again.

The hand held shower was perfect, but the overhead shower did not work but that was not a big issue

facilities were good - theres food shops just below, 711 as well - swimming pool is available - apartment was very clean - berjaya times square is 15 mins walking distance

1. when we entered the lobby , there is a very strong stench coming from the toilet & there were alot of trash coming from a very small dustbin. 2. check ins were only allowed at 3pm, my family and i arrived at 11am. we had to wait but this was completely our fault

Great location of apartment block, the room was of average size in the apartment block (stayed in many here), fast wifi, good shower, comfortable beds. Washing machine

The cleanliness was very poor. Plates, glasses and cutlery were filthy, lots of mould in the bathroom and scum all over the shower screen , the shower screen also leaked so there was lots of water all over the floor after showering

The swimming rules.... ask to wear swimming suit, but we won't wear like that... wish the can change that rules for women's

There is a self-check in system, the owner provides you with detailed description on the day of your arrival, and they are ready to help anytime on whatsapp. You have access to rooftop (the view is amazing) and to outdoor swimming pool, which ws a very nice refreshment.

You can see that the apartment it is getting a bit old, but it is still in very good condition and worth the money.

Location walking distance to Bukit Butang, great views from 35th floor on Twin Towers, KL Tower and Merdeka Tower, easy self check in. Building facilities including swimmingpool, gym, whirlpool on the 42nd floor are good

This is not a new apartment and some wall painting and small repairs are needed Only after request we received a second card to enter the building, this should be always the case
