Newly renovated room. It was great to spend time here with family.

Water a bit hot

I chose this property mainly because of its locations. Food and shopping was close by and what i loved the most was the friendliness of the host of this serviced apartment. My concerns and problems were taken care of. I would certainly stay here again.

There was a small leak in the bathroom sink but upon complaining the host made sure the problem was fixed.

There was a payment problem where the staff claim the card cannot be swiped and delayed the booking. After the offer ended the card become miraculously able to process payment but I was not given the discounted price instead was charged about 50% more. This is not an issue of the money but the tactics used is not very good

The apartment is very spacious, and from the window, you can see the beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur, especially the scenery under the city lights at night, which is simply stunning. The rooms here are also very large and comfortable.

There was a slight delay during check-in.

My stay here was great and during this stay i was mostly indoors in the room and the room service was excellent. The room was big and was tidy too. The location of this property is good too. Would stay again.

Prime location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, within walking distance to Lot 10, Jalan Alor night market, and Pavilion Mall perfect for shopaholics.

Traffic in the area gets congested at night. It’s better to walk or use Grab rather than drive during peak hours.

The Robertson’s central location is unbeatable — being within walking distance to Jalan Alor, Pavilion, and public transport made exploring Kuala Lumpur incredibly convenient, plus the infinity pool with city skyline views was simply breathtaking.

24/7 security in the building made us felt safe when going in and out. Free car park, free swimming pool and gym. Room was nice and clean enough. Basic utensils were given at the kitchen.

Early check in is not allowed so we waited at the lobby before 3pm.

With its central location just minutes from Jalan Alor and the MRT station, it was incredibly convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur on foot or via public transport.
