Near to night market (jalan alor) and shopping mall (by walking around 10mins can reach centre of bukit bintang)

Manager ia very rude while talking on the phone. I also request a drying rack since only one apartment have the drying rack (we book two apartments). They said they will give but until checkout we didnt received.I also request for extra futon beds, since from the advertisement stated 2 futon beds for each apartment.We only received 1..When we ask, the manager are very rude while talking on the phone..Will never ever checkin this hotel anymore.

The location, the comfy, the price. The apartement is well maintained. There are enough equipment for you to eat, heat food, even do your laundry if u wish. The sofa can be used as bed as well, and it has lovely view from the window. It's worth the money. Perfect for travelling with kids.

U need barcode when you wanna use the elevator. So it can be annoying sometimes when u barcode is not working somehow. But anyway it's for safety, it doesn' matter much

Im regular customer of the Swiss garden hotel ! So easy walk aground city.the owner very friendly.support your guys anytime.the place make i so enjoy the vacation.I will comeback again. thank so much Swiss garden

I like that the unit is spacious. It is also easily accessible. The beds are also comfortable. Facilities in kitchen are well functioned. The swimming pool are big - there are 3 sections (baby, kids and adult). Responsive manager.

The facilities are not well maintained - several lights are broken, not being replaced and the sliding wardrobe cannot be slide. There is no choice on TV - even the local channels (youtube only). And there is stairs in the toilet - which is not elderly friendly. Toilet also use bidet only 😅

The location is strategic because near to Bukit Bintang Centre.. I like the self check in procedure because i can check in any time even at midnight.

Great location near Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang shopping mall.The rooms are clean and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Overall the place is very neat & comfortable to stay. Good location as well.

Personally I cannot stand moldy toilets... Best if can put a bit more effort on clean the washroom & replace those curtain that are moldy or heavily stained.

I like the property as there is so much security for family and you can go anywhere in Malaysia for shopping and entertainment
