The room offers a beautiful view and interesting check-in way. You can check-in by yourself. This is a special experience!!! The bed was comfortable, and the space was spacious, making it a great place to stay. The hotel is very close to many famous spots, as like Pavilion, Janlan Alor, and other bustling shopping areas. You can walk in just 5-10 minutes to there. It’s very convenient. There are also plenty of parking spaces, which is great for those driving here. However, you must first check-in to get the room key to go into the parking, because the guard will ask you the “booking number” or room key. Without room key or booking number, you will be stopped outside and unable to enter.

The part I was most dissatisfied with was the ac temperature. Even though I set to 28 °C, it was still very cold!!!!!! Secondly, the live sports broadcast on the TV had no video, only audio. You can choose another channel to watch. thirdly, while opening the curtains offers a nice view of the greeny, it also provides a clear view into other rooms, which making me uncomfortable.

Located southwest of Bukit Bintang's central area, this property is 10 minutes from popular spots like Jalan Alor Food Street, Art Street, Times Square, etc. There is a convenience store and a supermarket with an ATM next to the hotel building, and grabbing a taxi with the Grab app is never an issue. The bed was super comfortable and the pop interiors of this hotel are impressive. The hotel is super clean and the breakfast spread was just right. We arrived at 0200AM in the morning and did not have any problems thanks to the 24-hour reception. The checkout is also very fast and smooth. You cannot enter the hotel without your room key card after 2400, which is a good security measure.

This is a decent hotel close to Bukit Bintang and China Town. It's definitely more comfortable and you know you're getting a good standard when you stay here. Jalan Alor market is around the corner and Pavilion mall is a 10 minute walk. China Town is a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction. This will be a good location if you want to see Merdeka 118 when it's open. The staff are excellent and they are super accommodating. Nothing was ever a problem.

While the hotel was good, the location to public transport is a little bit limited. The nearest form of transport is the monorail and its frequency is around 10 minutes at a time. Also it's a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it's really only ideal for getting to KL Sentral. There is an MRT station nearby but it is a 20-25 minute walk. Which in the summer could be a bit of a struggle if you don't cope well with humidity (it didn't bother me however).

Location excellent. Staff was super friendly and couldn't do enough for us! The room was a good size for the two of us and was really well laid out. Bed comfy, loved the high-tech devices in the room. Very modern. Bar is a great addition. Breakfast minimal but suffice however, the coffee soo good and made fresh to which type you wanted. Breakfast staff started to recognise us, and one in particular was very friendly but didn't get his name, always smiling and really helpful. Just round the corner (literally) from Jalan Alor Street Food. 15 min walk to China town...our preferred place to eat over Jalan Alor. Around 30 min walk to Petronas towers. Food served for lunch / dinner looked lush, but we only had a snack of chicken satay skewers but really nice. Our housekeeper was excellent (please pass this on .. we stayed 12th to 16th June) Really was great value for money. Very clean. Highly recommend.

The room was a lot bigger than I expected, and brilliantly designed — ultra-modern, clean, and packed with smart tech. I could control the lights, curtain shades, and ambiance with an iPad! Even the safe was cleverly hidden under the bed. The whole hotel was peaceful yet full of life, with a stylish lounge-like lobby perfect for relaxing or socializing. Breakfast was a highlight — affordable, varied, and so satisfying it made me skip lunch. And best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the coffee baristas who made every morning better. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Wi-Fi was normally very high speed, but would get slow at night, just a bit frustrating.

It was a fantastic hotel with everything you need! The high tech features of the room are really cool, with mood lighting, climate control and TV casting so you can watch your own shows. The towels were amazing! The breakfast was tasty and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were in a room facing an alley which wasn't comfortable so we asked to switch to an atrium facing room and it was changed without problem. Highly recommend this view! Great location too, only a short walk from the Petronas Towers.

Additional cost for the breakfast (£7 each) and limited vegetarian options availabile. The room was really hot despite having the air con on 24/7 on 18 degrees. The toilet and shower are also joined in one room with a flimsy door meaning if you need the toilet you'll get wet feet!

I arrived at the hotel quite early and they gladly store my luggage. The staff were amazing and helpful. I've got some issues when I check in and they thoughtfully try to help me. When I'm panicking, one of them brought me a glass of cold water with lime/lemon. They provided a solution and I agree with their solution. They also reassured me that it's okay 🥹. The hotel are full of interesting and cool stuff. Like the books collection on the shelf, the art hanging on the wall and some art scattered through the lobby lounge. The room size is also fine with me because I'm traveling solo. The air-conditioning in the room is functioning well and it's pretty cold for me. The iPad to control things inside the room was cool but sometimes it's too slow. For example, when I press the TV controller in the iPad it takes time for the TV to react. The hotel wi-fi was superb! The heavy and comfortable bedding was cozy too. I love the hot and cold water in the shower and sink. There's separate iron room on the same level and it's okay, I used it once.

I can hear people talking outside when they walk past my room... I just want to rest up peacefully but then suddenly I can hear other guest in their room doing their exercise(?) in the middle of the night... There's also a water sound coming from the toilet and I can hear it in my room. I've even checked the tap just in case I forgot to turn off the tap but I've already turn off the tap. Maybe it's from the large pipe in the wall idk

Service by the staff was prompt and pleasant: I had an issue with the room door at first, but the staff helped me resolve it very quickly and moved me to a new room. The room is cozy, definitely enough space for one person, although if two people it may be just a little small. But for a solo traveller, I had ample room to place all my things. The room is modern, clean and high-tech. The king size bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay a lot and I didn't want to leave the room. Downstairs at the lobby there is a bar that you can order coffee.

The strict check-in timing. I arrived at 2pm and wanted to check in, but they asked me to wait until 3pm for check-in. Any earlier than 3pm will require a fee.

Workspaces on Level 1 and 2 are chic, spacious and very useful with lots of outlets for plugging in laptops and handphones. Wifi was excellent and easy to log in. Location was urban, right in the Bukit Bintang & Jalan Alor area near hotels & eateries. The SBK MRT line is 15 walk away. Room is a little tight (but the workspaces downstairs make up for this) and the view out the window was not great but screened out by curtains. The blackout curtains were very effective. I liked that the corridors were well-lit at night. Some of the artwork is a bit edgy & weird for my taste. The bed and pillows were a standout - one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in (and I've travelled a lot). Loved that there were a lot of outlets for charging devices that accomodate different adaptors. Self-check-in with staff to help. It was quick and efficient with lots of stations, so almost no wait. The mainstream hotels should adopt this. Didn't bring our car on this trip but am told there is free parking on-site. Would definitely stay here again!

Room size a bit small but the workspaces on Level 1-2 compensate for this and we aren't in the hotel room most of the time, so it doesn't matter that much. Views can't be helped. No breakfast.

A modern hotel with idiosyncratic design features, cleverly thought out. The big bed against the window was initially a surprise but it worked by sleeping with your head to the window to avoid climbing over your partner in the night, which was explained in one of the (idiosyncratic) notes found in the room and elsewhere. Facilities were very good, even though the choice of food in the bar was a little limited. The decor in the public areas was fascinating. We were able to leave our cases at the hotel until 6pm on the day of departure and, a very big bonus, to use a shower room before we finally left. The staff were exceptionally attentive and professional, a key feature of the offering.
