OVERALL STAY WAS PLEASENT. I CHECKED IN AROUND 1AM AND MY BOOKED ROOM WAS READY. RECEPTION WELCOME ME AND HANDED OVER MY KEYS WITH WIFI PASSWORD. CLEAN ROOM AND HAVE LIQUID SOAP AND SHAMPOO IN TOILET. IRON WAS PROVIDED ON REQUEST. WATER DISPENSER WAS INSTALLED IN THIS PROPERTY WITH COLD AND HOT WATER FACILITY. LOCATION IS WONDERFUL. I WILL STAY AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL ON MY NEXT VISIT.

Location just 5 minutes walk to Jalan Alor and 10 minutes to MRT and center of Bukit Bintang shopping arcade. Spacious room with extra facility like iron. Refrigerator, hair dryer, mug also provided on request. Overall a very good experience to stay at this hotel. Suitable for family & couples. The staff very responsive.

I STAY WITH MY WIFE. HOTEL LOCATED AT MAIN DOWNTOWN. NICE ROOMS, DOUBLE BED, FREE WIFI FACILITY, SHOWER WAS OK. SERVICE WAS GOOD. STAFF GOOD. EVERY THING NEARBY. DIRECTION GIVEN BY HOTEL STAFF FOR SHOPPING AND RESTAURANT WAS HELPFUL ON MY ENTIRE STAY. I RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE.

Property location is strategic. owner and staff are very good here. Came back to the hotel pretty late and couldn't stay for long days but hosts were good friendly, room was a nice size and it was clean - good value for money for sure. But overall happy with my stay here.

The location of this hotel was great. The rooms were decent with a nice bed. Near to shopping mall. Easy access for grabcar. shops nearby ,restaurant and bar especially. very nice place with friendly staff.

Price are very resealable, nice location main bukit bintang down town surrounding many shopping mall and Restaurent , walking distance to monorail train station. Room clean n size good. Friendly staff.
