It was great, cleanliness was quite acceptable, initially I thought would be a budget unmaintained room but it turns out to be a very decent place to stay, and rest. Thank you for the clean room, nice staff and have water dispenser although the cups tasted like soap, but it was okay since i washed it again with clean water.

The location quite hard to get parking, and as well taxis can't wait for you there. The noiseproofing quite bad, can hear people out there so have to be quiet.

The best thing about this place is the location, right in the centre of a very lively area of KL and very close to a big night market street and lots of malls/restaurants/bars. Location couldn't be much better. Room is compact and simple but has everything you need, AC is very strong too. It's nothing fancy but it's definitely a decent place to stay! Would recommend.

It's true that there were a few dodgy looking people hanging out around the area of the hotel at nighttime, but I think it's safe enough, especially if you're with someone else.

Staff. Very responsive and hospitable. Room. Its clean but, i think they need to clean the bed or vacuum it or steam, someone in my group is itching the entire time. Location. For me it”s the best when it comes to accessibility Price. Affordable

I would suggest that instead of getting hot water outside, hotel should have electric kettle inside the room. But overall it was fine but one will be very convenient.

Has water dispenser on every floor for you to refill in your own water..

Really very budget. But at least you must info your guests that water bottle in your room for 1st Day only & the rest of the days you have to refill your bottle from water dispenser outside your room.

Asia Boutique Hotel is in a good location. It is located between Berjar Times Square, Imbi Metro & Jalan Alor Food Street. The hotel is balanced in terms of price/performance. I liked the staff the most. They are very helpful.

Hotel seems to have enough physical space. However, it has not been fully utilized. For example; a nice cafe & living room could be built on the ground floor.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Bukit Bintang City Centre and Jalan Alor Food Court, and only 12 minutes to the nearest light rail station.

The room is quite small, but you get what you pay for.

The room was well organized . The staffs are friendly too . All the amenities were provided except for iron. Above all , the room exceeded my expectations though it is a 2 star hotel. Cleanliness is beyond expectation too.

The location is near the roadside so you will expect the noisiness at all time. It might bring you discomfort but we cant change that arent we?.

absolutely..i regret choosing much cheaper hotel around bukit bintang when i need to extend my stay....i extend my stay at lousy hotel that difference only rm30 from asia like..i have no complaint at asia...

I like everything about this hotel including their staff, the facilities they provide and location is very charming and nearest to bukit bintang street so you can explore the city centre by walk. Other than that they have water refill facilities at every floor which saves your money. Would love to come again.
