The location of the property was very strategic. Just 10 minutes walk to Pavillion Mall. A lot of eateries nearby and also convenience store. The room was spacious for family of 3. The staff are nice people and very welcoming. We received 2 welcome drinks. The fact they provide extra amenities for children was really thoughtful of the hotel which they provide in a separate welcoming package.

The internet wifi was really poor in terms of its connectivity. The hotel location is strategic which smacks right in the middle of the city which also translates to heavy traffic around the hotel area. So getting around in grab or car will be a bit troublesome. So most of the time you have to walk trying to avoid being stuck in the jam. Every time they do housekeeping of the room they always end up providing only one bath towel. So i have to always call the room service to provide extra bath towel which should be given after each room housekeeping. The elevator waiting time can also be a bit slow. We had free breakfast in our booking, the breakfast choices were rather disappointing given the standard of the hotel.

Excellent revamped hotel Staff very professional Bilqis at breakfast as well as the other lady was very hospitable we had to depart at 2am on saturday 30th december 2023 - the hotel provided a takeaway breakfast and the concierge was very very helpful in getting a taxi for us - I must thank the fort desk that was on duty at 2am on the 30th december

I could not find anything bad

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Royal Signature. The room was clean and comfortable, with great in-room amenities that made the stay even more convenient. I especially appreciated the complimentary minibar provided on the first day — a thoughtful touch. The facilities throughout the hotel were well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The in-room dining was also excellent, and the staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The air conditioning was quite modern, but it felt like there was no automatic temperature control. It kept blowing cool air even after adjusting the settings. It wasn’t a major issue especially when it is so humid in KL, just something I noticed during the stay.

We had a great experience staying at Hotel Signature as a family. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, with stunning views of both the Petronas Towers and Independence Tower. Being so close to Bukit Bintang Market made exploring the vibrant local scene incredibly easy and fun. We booked the family suite (two connected rooms), and it was absolutely perfect – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It worked really well for us traveling with kids. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and great local tips. The swimming pool is another highlight – clean, relaxing, and perfect for a break after a day out. Overall, we’d highly recommend Hotel Signature, especially for families or anyone looking to stay in a lively, central location with great service.

A small hiccup when we arrived as the AC was not working but was fixed pretty fast.

A little updated hotel - the hall walls and rugs definitely need a good cleaning. Location is a bit far from the PT and city centre but if you don't mind walking then it's ok. Breakfast was just ok - no vegan options (exept raw fruit, bread) if you are celiac there is NO gluten free options at all, disappointing realy (you can eat cooked eggs, some plane yogurt and veggies/fruit). The pillows are horrible you can't sleep in them at all sooo big you neck will brake. The sheets realy need thorough cleaning. The pool and the lounge bar was a big disappointmen - no loungers only some funny uncomfortable leaves like looking stuff. But for 2 nights it was ok. The price was quite high and when comming back to KL we'll stay somewhere else.

Top rated hotels which I have been stayed. The staff are very helpfull and kindfull, cleaning is good, breakfast tasty with a variety off food, very comfortable hotel, you can smell a nice air spray everywhere. Room is big with modern furnature.

Great location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, street food markets on the door step and easy tourist sites nearby. The staff were really helpful and responsive to our asks. Double Room was very spacious and good size bathroom and toilet with a nice city view. Good Breakfast spread with western dishes and local options, with changes daily. Nice gym and general facilities. We would happily stay again.

Slight grievance was getting toilet paper restock took longer than expected, it was hard to get a hold of reception from the bedroom. Cleaning in general each day could've been better especially around the bathroom and sink. Although not the hotels fault there was construction work obstructing access from the side of the hotel and often Grab drivers would miss the side access.

A higher floor room not available due to maintenance. Room service poor, as our meal was poor quality or delivered not as advertised or requested.. For example nasi Goreng ordered but nasi Lemak delivered.
