The staff were very friendly . Smooth check in eventho when we re check in around 2am , they still waiting for us .

Most probably the location is very recomended with what we want and this my second time i stay at this hotel with same friend plus additonal 2 of our friends that we recommended to stay at this hotel. so far okay

please improve the water level and the bed to make us more comfortable. hope that the management can prepare set iron with table every room.

Bed is clean and comfort, toiletries and other facilities are well provided, clean and working well. Freedom going in and out by using access card without time limitation.

Room space too narrow for a double bed room, limited walking area and if carrying big luggages would be not enough space to put. Staff and even arabic bosses sitting there but not showing welcoming attitudes while guests arrived. The aircond exhaled smell of cigarettes (not sure if there's caused by outside atmosphere or previous customers).

LOCATION VERY STRATEGIC TO THE NEAREST SHOPPING ARE IN BUKIT BINTANG, HOWEVER THERES PRO AND CONTRA DURING MY STAY.

Outstanding location and the cheapest luggage storage facility

The manager's behaviour is rude. He claimed refundable security money RM 50, but rudely refused to provide any supporting documents; though refunded it accordingly at the time of checkout.
