Room was spacious and clean. Shower and bathrooms were nice, clean and spacious too. Did not get to try their pool or breakfast, so no comments on those. Easy access to Times Square right in front through the MRT escalators and stairs. Convenient location and easy access (often walking distance) to TRX mall, Pavilion, Low Yat Plaza, BB Park, etc. There's a 7-11 next to it which helps a lot. Staff are friendly.

Despite nice big desk, the charging points did not work except 1, and I tried them all including the bedside one. The Safety Deposit box is a quite dated, hard to press on the buttons. They don't provide a bathrobe. They don't have a luggage weighing scale, when asked at the reception, they said it was sent for maintenance so I have to weigh my luggage at the airport (which defeats the purpose). You'll get to hear road noises, frequent sirens, etc. from the windows (I guess those are not double glazed) and there's quite a bit of gap underneath the room door which does not help sound insulations.

Clean and the room is in good condition. Staffs however were friendly and extremely helpful (as my dad is wheelchair bound). Breakfast selection was wide and suits our taste. Ideal location as I can walk to Bukit Bintang within less than 10mins.

At times, my access card lock me out of the room (luckily there is another person on the other side to open the door). Shampoo and Shower can be improve as I was having a hard time to dispense liquid out of the bottle.

1) Valet services available upon arrival at the lobby when driving. 2) Special check-in area for LEVEL guests with welcome drinks. 3) Huge room with separate bathtub and shower space. 4) Wide spread of selection for breakfast buffet. 5) Prime location. - Right opposite Berjaya Times Square which is accessible via overhead bridge from right outside the lobby. Walkable distance to Pavillion amd many more malls.

Perhaps the A/C could be cooler as it wasn't up to my expectations.

If there’s one word to describe my experience at Melia Kuala Lumpur, it’s extraordinary. I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife, and while we’ve stayed at many hotels across the world, this particular experience stood out not just for the comfort, ambiance, or luxury — but because of the people behind the scenes, especially Mr. Thiruvarasu and Mr. Navin Silvaraju, two managers who completely redefined what hospitality means. From the very beginning, both Mr. Thiruvarasu and Mr. Navin made us feel not like guests — but like VIPs. Their approach to service wasn’t robotic or rehearsed like you often see in luxury hotels. It was genuine, warm, and personal. They took time to speak with us, check in regularly, and ensure that everything was perfect down to the smallest detail — and they did this without ever being intrusive. You could feel that they weren’t just doing a job — they were passionately leading a team that truly cared about every guest. I’ve never met hotel managers who are so present, proactive, and sincere. Their professionalism is world-class, but more than that, their human touch left a lasting impact on us. The view from our room was stunning, the property itself is beautiful, and everything ran smoothly — but it was the service that turned this into one of the best hotel stays of our lives. Melia KL is not just another 5-star hotel. It’s a place where the management sets the gold standard for hospitality, and it reflects in the way every single staff member treats you. If you’re coming to Kuala Lumpur, I’d say skip the usual choices and go for a stay that will surprise you — in the best way possible. Thank you to Mr. Thiruvarasu and Mr. Navin for making our stay so special. We’ll always remember your kindness and care.

Everything was awesome, great location, close to a lot of shopping mall.

Only one thing, there was a bad smell coming from my toilet sometimes.

Lovely hotel. Excellent central location. The staff were courteous and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was an opportunity to try food from across the world. Such choice. Beautiful fruit. I enjoyed freshly made omelette everyday Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean We enjoyed the pool area and also the fitness suite. The lobby areas were immaculate. It felt plush

We arrived early morning and had booked an early check in room with agreed extra cost. On arrival we were told that this was no longer available. We had travelled for more than 24 hrs and were exhausted. I was very disappointed that such a large reputable hotel let us down and did not contact us to pre warn us. There are four lifts. One was out of action the whole week of our stay and the others were slow. We were not informed of the roof top area and discovered this from an ad in the lift. Fantastic views to all the major views and towers. Only downside of the rooftop room was the music. Very loud with lewd lyrics and felt inappropriate for the hotel.

This was my second stay at the Melia KL, the last being in 2011. Not a lot has changed, which is actually a good thing. We were initially given a king room despite requesting twin beds (mother and daughter travellers) but that was quickly rectified after returning to the reception desk. Rooms are an excellent size, and didn't feel cramped at all. Location was excellent but the emergence of Grab since my last visit meant we relied less on public transport and more on that for transport. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choices, and a necessity when you're used to getting up early and Asian countries tend to not get going until later in the day.

The fridge in the room barely kept things cold and stood no chance of bringing room temperature drinks to a chill, so we were ordering 3 or 4 jugs of ice from room service per day...which we had to pay for. Only 5 MYR each time but still shouldn't have to happen.

Our room was very comfortable , great linen , superb bathroom and an extra toilet which was very handy. Everything was kept spotless ...well done housekeeping !. Did'nt get to use the pool but it looked very tempting !. Staff throughout this Hotel were a credit to the Melia brand, always smiling and very courteous and helpful. The staff at the Level lounge and reception at the Level were fantastic throughout. My only negative was that breakfast in the Kitchen restaurant was very crowded & noisy and we felt the selection of food were limited for western tastes. Regardless ,we had a wonderful stay at the Melia and would stay again , and recommend.

Breakfast in the Kitchen restaurant was quite busy and noisy , so not as relaxing as it could have been . Also we found that the food offerings for western tastes were limited.

It was a good location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were great and so were both the gentlemen that helped us with our luggage during check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay here!

Front office team definitely needs some improvement in customer service. First impressions were subpar, and so were the few encounters during our stay. Not rude or anything, but definitely not as warm or enthusiastic about their role as compared to the interactions I have had with the housekeeping and concierge. Even the brief interaction i had with the gentleman at the pool left a better impression.
