My suite was in the West Tower, Floor 27. I found it very well maintained, clean and quiet during my stay. The hot water was working (which, I found with some of my prior reservations in the area, was not always the case!). Good communication with the owner who was easily reachable by phone/whatsapp. The payment is only by cash Very good wi-fi, plus all other amenities as described on the website. Not too many channels on TV, maybe 20 in total (a couple in English), not a big deal for me though! There are many places to eat inside the connecting mall. The building is also close to the monorail station, which provides easy access to other parts of the city. Security in the building is good. With the access card you are provided, you can access only the floor of your suite. All in all I had a very comfortable stay.

Room is a bit dated but great value for the stay. Mr. Rana took great care of me while there. It is the opposite building of the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, for a much better price. No breakfast included but theres plenty of great restaurants in the mall to eat. Room was big with a living area and a small extra bed. I was there for a conference at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel which was directly accessible through the pool floor instead of walking through the mall. Lots of attractions and nightmarket nearby in walking distance.

Improving the interior and furniture would be great. They came to clean at 7 pm once with 4-5 people.

LOVE LOVE LOVEDDD this place! This exceeded our expectations! There was a slight issue with our original booking, it was double booked. however the manager put us in another room that was absolutely incredible! The whole place is stunning! We were very grateful for how accommodating he was! We asked to extend and he kindly did it for the price of the original room we had booked which was such a nice gesture! Customer service was top notch! And the nice thing about this, is that he really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It goes along way! It’s in a very good location! The entire building is super clean! I was impressed with the continuous cleanliness throughout the entire building and our apartment. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Very nice!

Nothing! It was perfect

spacious and clean apartment with amazing view of the city! high floors and very well situated above Berjaya Times Square mall and just infront of Imbi Monorail station hence it is convenient to get delicious food and getting anywhere in KL. Value for money and highly recommend for family. They also have a big size pool which overlooks KL tower and The Twin tower. Beautiful at night. Lastly, great hospitals and fast response from the team.

The apartment is big and cosy. It was well lit and equipped with air conditioner. The best apartment for family.

Could be cleaner. The apartment has smoky smell but it was not concerning. The toilet could be scrubbed better but it was still in good condition.

It was a good experience, near many attractions, i was given a room with KLCC view, the view was marvelous at night.

Upon access card collection, you're required to pay cash, so better to be prepared with Cash.

Robinson welcomed us for check in at 2am. We appreciate if very much. He answered all our questions promptly. Family Room is clean N comfortable.

room was clean and tidy.. there were cutlery available in the kitchenette. hot water for shower was excellent. kids loved the pool. location was excellent

no pool towels available . extra towels for the pool would be good

I have been to the property before and I like the location. Metro is just at the main road next to the hotel, the swimming pool is very big, breakfast is nice, gym and the location is very near to everything

Everything is fine

The location of the property and everything is within reach. I don't have to travel far to get what I need.

The fridge takes a long time to cool and rather small for me to store my food and drink.
