Had a pleasant stay, staff was really nice and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location is fine with restaurants public transport and multiple malls around the corner.

For some it might be a bit noisy. Walls are thin and you can hear the outside street a bit. The one thing I didn't quite like was the aircon only turning on if the temperature set is reached, so you get either Sahara or Malaysian winter in your room. Otherwise great stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place is quiet and close to the train station.

Mind that there's a deposit and tax on check-in.

Based on the google image review, I expected something budget oriented style room however i was not expecting a very decent and modern hotel.

No access to the elevator. The place was great and well maintained. However, the surrounding area of the place can be quite creepy and unsafe at night. Theres a lot of rats crawling around as well outside the blocks so do be careful where to walk.

Great hotel in a good location. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows plus I got a free upgrade! Bathroom was modern and there was free cold or hot water on every floor. Near to lots of great shops and restaurants. Wifi was fast and all the facilities worked great. Staff were lovely and let me leave my bag there before and after check out.

The only issue was that it’s right next to a club and from my room I could hear repetitive, bassy music up until 3am. Bearable if you have ear plugs but not great if you need an early start.

I had an exceptionally smooth and pleasant check-in experience. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Miss Beautiful and the staff for their warm and outstanding hospitality. I truly felt welcomed and delighted, especially when Miss Beautiful graciously upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise. The room itself was immaculately clean, as was the bathroom. I would rate it 8.9/10. The ambiance of the room was exceptional, with a modern and stylish design that truly enhanced the stay. The bathroom, too, was beautifully designed and incredibly cozy. The TV channels were clear, and I was able to access all the channels effortlessly, which I really appreciated. The water pressure was perfect, and the hot water worked flawlessly, making showering a relaxing experience. From the seamless check-in to the superb room amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, I will be returning for another staycation, as this hotel has become a perfect getaway for comfort, style, and outstanding service. Additionally, I suggest offering corporate rates for repeat customers, as this would be a great incentive for loyalty.

However, I would recommend adding a dustbin in the bathroom for convenience.

Great, convenient location. Very kind, polite and accommodating staff. I liked that they had drinking water dispensers and provided shower gel, shampoo and handwash gel in pump bottles (no single use plastic! Bravo). Room was clean, water pressure of hot shower was strong. The air conditioning can be a little loud, but after a while, I got used to it and it became white noise. Beds and pillows were great. Overall very comfortable! Definitely recommend.

Only some minor things: On my first time staying here, everything was clean. When I returned to stay again later in a different room, one of the pillows had stains (not sure if it was stained or dirty), and one of the blankets looked a little old and discoloured. The water kettles had white marks on the spout during both of my stays.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great for shopping and food. Our coach from Singapore drop/pick up point was the main road of Berjaya Times Square (Imbi) and it was convenient to walk to Ceria.

We are all light sleepers so we had problem with the noise from the air con on first night. Problem solved by getting ourselves earplugs from nearby pharmacy for the 2nd night :) We stayed in a room where the 2 panel bathroom door swung inwards and somehow got in a way that inconvenienced us when we wanted to use the basin.

- Location is okay since it is near Imbi and Hang Tuah LRT/MRT stations, Berjaya Times Square, Sungei Wang Plaza (for hop on hop off bus and grocery market), and Lalaport mall, etc. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. - Service is okay. Staff are friendly and patient. Several Filipino staff in the concierge which is good for a Filipino like me. - Room is okay for me too. Aircon is very cold, and water in the shower is strong. Bed is also comfortable. Towels, shampoo, and hand wash are available. - There is unlimited water dispenser!

- Location can be quite worrisome at night since it's in front of a highway, but manageable - Concierge door is not always locked - Some bed stains; water coming out of the sink faucet is quite weak; no free toiletries nor complimentary water bottles (but there are towels, shampoo and hand wash available) - No window or ventilation in the room

Great service at this hotel. Its round the corner from the famous rollercoaster inside a shopping mall (which is a bizarre site to me but cool!), was also near a brand new gym located in the lalaport shopping mall but then there's gold gym if you want an extremely cheap gym (you get what you pay for). Nice choices for your gym goers and mall shoppers. Easy to order a Grab taxi from the lobby on your app using wifi as there seemed to always be a driver just around the corner in this area. Or just jump on the monorail round the corner which I also recommend. Lastly, I enjoyed playing the guitar at the back of the lobby for any guitarists out there, it was always available haha

Lots of the rooms have no windows, meaning zero natural light. This can be difficult if you're not used to that, which i wasn't but managed to adjust in the end... kinda
