1. The bed is comfortable 2. The room is HUGE! And well designed it even has a place to hang your wet clothes. 3. The hotel has a lot of amenities including a gym 4. Breakfast was very magnificent. The highlight of my stay. 5. The staff are friendly 6. The hotel provides toiletries such as shampoo, body wash etc

1. It’s an old building with old facilities. For example the toilet seat was old. My toiled even wouldn't flash. But you would enjoy your stay here. 2. The staff only understand basic english. Anything more they would be confused 3. It was a little costly but I believe this was due to the festive season

Being in an Executive Suite with Lounge Access. Room was spacious and well equipped. Daily Housekeeping if we needed. Breakfast was in Lounge or the main Restaurant. Limited in the Lounge. Main Breakfast area was very crowded. Staff in Lounge could be very helpful sometimes but in occasions could be not professional to serve in Club Lounge. We stayed in the Hotel in and out for 3 weeks. Used the Club Lounge. Breakfast and evening snacks could be more varied and of good quality. However we enjoyed our stay. Check in staff Ain, Aini, Linda and Laila was very approachable and helpful. Lounge staff Rehman, Sylvia and Laila was helpful and friendly.

Club Lounge food should be improved. Drinks served to guests as required.

Link bridge to lalaport shopping mall, convenient to bring kids around

good location in bukit bintang and easily accessible from public transport. good value for money as well, room was spacious and comfortable.

hotel is a little bit old, did not feel much aircon in the lobby. the aircon in the room also took quite a long time to cool down. shower area was a little dirty especially the window and rain shower - i think due to the height it is difficult for it to be cleaned.

Check in was good, Front Office staff was very supportive notably Ain, Aini, White and the Supervisor lady.

The Bar attendant is not very friendly, he needs to be advised that In house guests can sit at the Bar, thats the only way to attract business otherwise chasing them away because they have not ordered yet makes the service poor.

this building remember old times, need renovation, small pool too close to the hotel restaurant which is also small and overcrowded almost all the time Rooms are huge but hygiene standards are far from perfect, not worthy the price

I stayed in room 809, the hotel was amazing and service was really good. Special thanks to MD Rakib he provided amazing service to my family during my stay.

If the room has some indoor plants it will give a more positive vibe and also expect smart tv but which was missing.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Excellent location—just a 8-minute walk from the LRT and close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Easy to get around both on foot and via public transport.

The swimming pool should be build,at different floor...n the room must pay for the mineral water bottle ,it should be foc n i have to wait long for the room to be ready

1 of the better hotel in bukit bintang for its price. Nice looking pool, good ambience around it, instagram worthy. Staff has been helpful and courteous. Must try their furama cheesecake its dense. Lalaport is just walkin distance super great, all of the famous pudu delicacy restaurant and kopitiam are just behind the hotel too. Overall had a wonderful 2 nights stay here.

Just minor attention to details on the bedsheets(minor stain) and corners of the room(dusty) can be looked it.
