- no hair dryer. - in the morning we got a smell of cigarettes in our room 😤 - quite noisy as we got a room that near the road, and also the building next to the hotel cut the steel most of the time until 2 am.

The location and the parking was convenient

The stuff and their rules for the deposit. They didn’t half of the room rate price when I check out. So I was only late for 2hour 30 min and they deduct half of the Room rate which I stayed. So deduct Rm48+

i got the room not available have a TV, the bathroom not proper clean (have some hair on the floor, the towels got already bad torn (must change the new one not still use, the curtains dirty and not available a coffe or tea for me not value the price for one night when i stay this hotel. I know have a cheap one but because already full booking on that day.

when I booked the hotel I thought I expected that the hotel was like another hotel which I had stay.The only thing I can stay that I be able to check in earlier than expected as there is a room available

Firstly there is no water bottle provided in the room. No decent satchel coffee or tea provided. No kettle provided. The only to get water is go outside near the lift to get it from water dispenser. No conducive. The shower doesn’t work well. I call receptionist request them to send a battery as our air con controller is not working. we can adjust. I was told I need to go down personally as there is only 1 staff main the counter. it’s pass midnight as it not convenient for me to go down as we already in our night attire.

Check in staffs was friendly.

No tv in the room.
