Massive apartment for a great price. Was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in process and unbeatable rooftop pool views! Location convenient and all amenities worked well (shower a little colder than I like but was fine)

If you're checking out outside of staffed hours (9:30am-6pm), make sure you can try to get your bond back the day prior or discuss with staff. We had to check out at 8am and luckily we came back to KL a few days later so we could pick up the deposit, otherwise we would've lost it- it was around $65 AUD so we didn't want to lose out on it.

We had nice stay in D'Majestic. It has good location, close to metro station, with shops downstairs. On 20th floor there is roof swiming pool, open till 9 p.m. with great view on Kuala Lumpur and Petronas towers. Room was spacious, and clean, we had everything what we needed. We arrived late, after counter closing, but we informed staff upfront about it and they whatsApp us with all necesary instructions for check in. It went smoothly and easy. Similary check out before counter openning was not a problem at all.

Really the stay on "D'Majestic" s satisfating ! The positio n of building s easy at to the center town and the restaurants around the area makes the possibility of stay well! Location was great. Staff was nice . Nice big room . Easily accessible. Nice rooftop pool . Everything was great. But it’s definitely a nice place to stay .

Strategic location, clean room with hotel facilities and easy check-in. Check-out is 11am which I think is very early but thankfully when I requested for one hour extension as I was unwell and they allowed.

Water flow in the bathroom no good, no matter how careful you bathe the water will flow out. The management hold on to your deposit of RM200 until the 5th day you check-out.

Good size. Bigger than average hotel rooms. Spacious for 3 adults

Did not set up extra bed for 3rd person. We already in contact by WhatsApp before arrival. They knew we are 3 persons, yet when we checked in the room past midnight, the extra bed is not set up. My son had to sleep on the couch, no sheets, no blankets.

Out of the way property but close to one of the train lanes . Air con works well . Bed were okay little tuff over all ideal for a short stop off

The location was nearby to the destinations that we intended to go. Moreover, the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The room has exceeded our expectations in the good way.

I wish the room was out of pests and the surrounding of the hotel were a bit cleaner.

Strategic location and convenient with walking distance to Lalaport, Berjaya Times Square, ICC Pidu etc. Public parking behind the premises with charge.

No front desk counter to provide immediate response. Assistant only via WhatsApp. No free parking for check in guest.
