It's quite unexpected they provide the water dispenser machine. Didn't expect that. The toilet, bedsheet, towel, and room are clean. Although there are some stains on the bedsheet, they are acceptable. The price is reasonable with the service provided. One more plus point is the location. Near to the LRT line and u can get to a lot more places by interchanging with other subways. If we can access through the back door it will be more convenient since the entrance to LRT is just behind the hotel, but still it is ok since I don't mind walking.

I check in on Friday and check out on Saturday. During Saturday morning, it is a bit noisy, and I can hear the voice of children talking and playing in the corridor.

Great location, next to the Pudu LRT station. Across the road from some good late-night food options. Good, clean bed. Decent quality for the price.

Road noise can be annoying (in a window room). Closing damper above the door was broken. Faucet in the bathroom was broken. Reported, nothing fixed. No soap in the shower dispenser, I told reception, instead of simply filling it, they argued no soap is included. Cigarette butts on the window ledge, not cleaned. I stayed here many times before Covid. Quality has slipped under new management, but it's still ok for the price.

I love the room that doesn't have any cigarette smells at all. I love the totoro bathroom mat and the room even has a hair dryer. They even gave me a free gift upon check out 🤍.

The water drainage cap that doesn't want to close fully. Afraid that it will slash my feet while taking a shower.

Almost everything was as expected according to the description of the room.

The only surprice was the short qeensize bed. It felt like a 180cm bed, which is not comfortable for a tall (180+) person.

Located just behind LRT Pudu. Clean & comfortable. Fully functional facilities. There are photo spots too. Everything is satisfying!

Not similar to the pictures displayed but everything is there. Difficult to make sure the door locked properly. Cannot enter the hotel with the hotel card, need to wave at the reception.

Despite many comments from another visitors, some things have not been fixed until then, like for example rack in the shower

-the superior king room has two double beds joined to a bed. the picture says otherwise a large king bed -to enter the hotel, the staff have to open the main door. you can’t use your access card to enter. there were instances where both staff went to toilet and I had to wait outside hotel until they come back.

all is good, only that me and my friend check in at midnight around 2am, there were a few man that talk loudly outside the hotel, we feel scare and quickly ring the bell. btw the hotel clean n conform only that there have a carpet we feel oily to step on. overall v hotel is a good place to stayy

V Hotel Pudu: 1. Ventilation fan in the toilet not working. 2. No parking (of course Monorel on progress. 3. Can't sleep well because next-door very noisy from 12am-3:30am. I make call asks the kaunter advice them, but he knot doing his job

We had arrived very late due to infamous KL traffic, Staff at V hotel message us for reminder. Great to see the hotel staff that still cares.

Parking is on the street behind a dark dirty alley way. Travellers should be aware of these places after midnight if alone. However, we did wee available empty carpark lots within gated of V hotel. Would be great if customers at reserve and park there.
