The room was super comfy and clean (●´∀｀●) it was super spacious too! Suitable for those who travel with big luggage ~ Simple breakfast for the morning, location is a bit back of the alley but I'm with group of friends so it's good (●´∀｀●) do recommend use grab to go to your desire destination.

The bidet was leaking so it make the floor wet and slippery. The breakfast was decent but my friend say the cereal tasted different.

I have stayed here a few times, and this time I was very disappointed. I took a normal room before, but it was clean and comfortable. This time, I took a themed room. The price was higher, and I was disappointed. The back sheet of the room was dirty, the lights were dim, and the basic theme The rooms are not beautiful, let me very disappointed

No parking provided by Hotel, but there is plenty of public parking outside. Only a bit difficult to get a spot on noon,.

Value for money as located very near to time square which is easily accessible to other parts of KL. Its in a quiet street so it wasn't too noisy or have traffic issue. Grab can easily find the location too. Staff were very friendly and attended to our needs. Requested for the theme room I wanted but sadly there's problem w the room but they offered 2 other rooms for us to choose from. Security of hotel is good at night as only hotel guest can enter hotel using the hotel card. They have a 24hr reception

Only hiccup was the rooms are still a little run down. Some lights not functioning or bidet leaking water. Other than that we're satisfied with the stay and will be back again if we're travelling to KL

in general, the rooms are good . clean and comfortable. the location is not bad . good value for the amount im being charged .

the reception doesn’t answer phonecalls when called from it’s main line . i tried calling the hotel as i had a grab delivery to be sent for me but nobody answered . however , when i called from my room to ask for kettle , they were very prompt . so good job on that .

The staff was super rude at times. Not welcoming or hospitable at all. They acted that either they didn't know anything or didn't care about their guests. Example, when we had to check out, the staff member wasn't available on his desk. When we asked where were you as our flight was getting late, he said "I had to check whether there wasn't any damage in the room" so that he could return the security deposit But in their defence, they provided all the stuff we needed

The best thing about this hotel is the peace it serves us. Very quite. Accessible for handicapped too. Except for duplex. I really recommend this hotel. room is very nice, clean and tidy.housekeeping and receptionist very helpful.breakfast serves as a buffet. very nice breakfast.and location is a bit hidden between berjaya times square mall and also lalaport mall.

I love everything that this hotel can provide us.
