The location is very convenient. Easy to access to the city. Walking distance to many amenities such as shopping malls and transportation facilities. Staff was very good, friendly and helpful. Value for money we spent. Great service.

Few items were broken in the room like bathroom lock.

We paid for what we got, can’t complain. Very affordable hotel in a quiet location. One of the members of staff could make an effort to respond to a simple "hello" instead of ignoring us.

The woman at reception, I didn’t get her name. But, there was another woman who checked us in which was nice and friendly.

Good place for staying in a budget trip not to mention the availability of free parking around the area.

Just the surrounding area a bit dark to my liking when it's night.

Room, albeit a little small, was okay. Very basic but at this price point pretty good. All was clean. Host was very nice and welcoming.

Neighborhood was a little sketchy, by night.

Easy to park, room is clean, shower have hot water. Have lift to go upstairs.

My room is 206. I think the lock is quite problematic. When we are inside, we cannot lock the room.
