This is my third stay with D'Majestic, but first time with Bimbee. Extremely nice room. Crystal clear instructions from the host, and I had no issues collecting the passes and getting into the room. As I mentioned in my first review, it is basically a hotel room. This is a studio apartment. Super spacious room! Bimbee provides almost everything that you would need, including amenties. Really top marks for hospitality and constantly asking if I need to get fresh towels. Overall, this hotel/residence is in pretty good shape (except the gym). The rooftop swimming pool offers a fantastic bird eye's view of the surrounding area, especially during evenings when the sun is not as punishing. The king-size bed offers good support, and the bedsheets are of high quality and very comfy The location is right in the middle of a Chinese food enclave so there are a lot a lot of restaurants within walking distance. If you look at the map, it's at the end of Bukit Bintang. Nearby is Lalaport, a very big shopping centre managed by Mistui, which offers shopping, dining and even play options. There is even a Go-Kart on the roof Another major shopping centre is Berjaya Times Square.

Rooftop gym is in horrible shape. Aircon is out, and only fans are operational, which is circulating hot air... Only a single treadmill machine is working. Also, I realized there are supposed to be saunas, but of course, they are out as well. This is the only reason why I didn't give a perfect ten score even though it is not exactly Bimbee's problem.

Aly was a very good host. She informed very earlier on the house rules, the check in methods and she’s very friendly and responsive too! As for the property, the location is just a sweet spot for me. Not too busy but yet very easy access to some of the good chinese food around Pudu and quite near to the city centre too. It’s also accessible by the nearby LRT/MRT. The room is pristine condition, the aircond is cold, the toilet is clean. All the small detailed amenities like cotton buds, shaver, and even a portable mirror is very much appreciated by me and there’s even a small Christmas tree too! I would definitely come here again. Aly was very responsive and helped us with a late check in. The location is fantastic right in the centre of KL near metros and lots of malls and restaurant. Apartment is on the 17th floor with a cool skyline view its well sized and modern. The Rooftop Area has amazing views and a nice sized pool + decent gym for an apart hotel. Great spot to spend a few hours.

There is no sauna, it hasn't been operational in 7 years (see pic). Bit misleading to keep that in the listing but otherwise no real complaints!

The place is a studio well equipped. We got step by step instructions for self-check in. The host was always there for any of our questions. We enjoyed our stay here.

The size of the unit. Everything else was great. Packets of coffee to last the trip, great shower and toilet. Everything was up to perfection. There is even an infinity pool!

Sauna not working. Not the fault of the units owner but the establishment.

Clean, spacious, good bed, enough towels, good shower, easy and safe access

The curtains don’t close properly to keep the (sun) light out. Not a big deal for us but maybe roller blinds are more practical.

My week at D'Majestic by Bimbee was great. The apartment is well located, the room is clean, the building staff is welcoming and the owner is attentive. I recommend 100%
