The Indian or Malaysian lady at reception at night shift was arrogant and i was not happy with her service at all. Whenever I ask for any thing from her she never provided even it was there like bottle opener, coffee. while the other people in reception were always helpful. She just came there to sleep

I stayed at the Hotel Venice in Kuala Lumpur for three weeks (21 days) and I was very impressed by the service, the facilities, and the location. The Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom was luxurious, with a separate shower, and a range of toiletries. The bed was very cozy and the pillows were fluffy. The hotel has very close to chinese, malaysian, and western dining options, including several popular chinese restaurant that serves authentic and delicious dishes. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially the chief concierge Mr Syed, and they always greeted me with a smile. They also helped me with booking tours, arranging transportation, and giving recommendations. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the Berjaya Times Square, and the LaLaport shopping mall and other nearby shopping centres. There are also many restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby. The hotel is also connected to the Times Square Imbi Monorail and Pudu LRT stations, which makes it easy to get around the city. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Venice in Kuala Lumpur and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in the city. It is definitely worth the price and I would love to come back again.

I loved everything about my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was good, close to many attractions and amenities. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about my stay. Everything met my expectations.

Pretty close to the restaurants, eateries, bakeries, convenience stores, laundries and shopping malls. TV has high-quality resolution. Stuff is friendly and quickly responding, reception works 24/7.

Little bit far from the city center, especially from LRT/MRT, hard to catch taxi. Toilet was messy, room is little bit small and without chairs. TV doesn't have a lot of channels. Deposit 100 ringhit when was checking-in (nobody told us about this beforehand).

There were little cockroaches around. The room was kinda smaller than expected for a deluxe suite. Wardrobe placement could be better cause this one kinda make the hallway/walkway to the bathroom smaller and cramped.

Very beautiful hotel i liked the stye and the interior design. They provided waterbottles and they gave me a room on the top floors so i had a better view too. The beds are confortable and the ac works 👍. Location is great for tourists since you can walk to the times square and many shopping malls, gyms, cinemas, fast food and supermarkets around.

Room was small in size but the standard and cleanliness was good. Location was fantastic calm area. Nearby good hotels, Domino’s and yummy bread history bakery available. Indian, Chinese and Malaysian foods also available at walking distance. Water vending machine on your backside street.

Reception staffs need to improve their behaviour. Staff has to know how to talk with guest. While checkin they took more than 2hrs due to slow working and less man power. Room doesn’t have table so it’s huge drawback.
