Location is easily accessible to nearby malls such as Lalaport, Berjaya Times Square as well as to monorails like Hang Tuah or Imbi stations. Breakfast was good! Only hope the staff in the cafe lounge puts on mask as one of the staff (lady staff) was coughing and did not put on mask and it's near the food during breakfast as Covid cases are in the rise. Overall, the breakfast selections were reasonable.

Room is not sound proof. I can hear the guests next to my room talking and laughing via the wall in my room. Also, it was affecting my sleep since sound travels via the wall.

The breakfast is quite adequate. Good location. Internet is quite adequate. The room is fine. They helped with early check-in. staff is always ready to help Thank you.

There is no mini fridge in the room. Normally the rooms are non-smoking, but there was an occasional smell of cigarette smoke from the very intense bathroom ventilation during our stay. The air conditioner provided sufficient cooling, but it should definitely be renewed.

good hotel in bukit bintang with nice rooms for affordable prices. the staff helped us with questions like how to get somewhere with public transport etc…

Big room. Lovely lobby area. Really good value for money. Kettle with free water and coffee/tea everyday. Cleaners clean rooms everyday. Good internet. Free breakfast.

- There was a bad smell in the bathroom every morning but it seemed to disappear by the afternoon .

The room is comfortable and the facilities are functioning properly. The check-in and check-out process are fast and the staff is good

The sliding door facing outside can't be opened. I don't know if the hotel seal it or the door lock is broken. The facilities like air conditioner, water heater and electric kettle all functioning but the electric kettle is dirty and full of dust so housekeepers should make sure that things like that are cleaned properly after every check-out.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. Problems I had were quickly solved.

The first room had an uncomfortable bed and a leaky air-conditioner. Once I changed room, everything was fine.

The room is spacious enough for two person and comfortable. and the breakfast is delicious, we like it. Its worth the money.

It's so difficult to find parking especially during peak hour as the hotel doesn't provide parking for their guest

Staff hotel ni muda2, baik, penyabar, cool headed, diorg layan je kerenah kami request tukar bilik tgh2 mlm, sbb ada guest bising, klau hotel lain maybe tak sanggup nk layan customer byk ragam 😂. Hotel open 24hrs, so ada je staff jaga. Sofa lounge & Cafe dia comel je, ada juice & coffee, maggie cup klau Grab x deliver, lapar tgh2 mlm, jln sikit gi Speedmart & mamak few metres away. Staff ada vibe family kt sini, teamwork & supportive.

Hotel affected by few worn interior needs maintenance, but staff yg friendly baik dgn customer, rasa tak penting sgt condition hotel, bcoz staffs look after your comfort & preferences. If u hv issues, talk to them nicely they will help, kesian diorg kerja night shift. P/S i think i left brg dlm fridge sorry forgot on check out 😂😂 will come again!

Friendly staff. Handy location, just a short walk from a station. Very good breakfast. Quiet room. Nice bathroom with power shower.
