Pretty basic, but everything you need for 1-2 nights is provided. Hot shower and AC are working alright. Good staff. Location is really nice, especially if you want some shopping.

While my rate at Booking was 125MR I was charged 165 for 2 nights. The normal rate they has is 70 / 1 night. The room needs some renovation.

The location is excellent as you are very central to everything and I walked around a lot during my stay although 2 stations are very close to the hotel. The internet was uber fast which was great, the shower was decent and the AC seemed fine although I swear it would change by itself at times. The staff are very friendly and attentive too.

Can't really be helped now but the room I was in was tiny but for me (being alone) was fine. TV didn't work and can hear people outside quite easily but this wasn't that bad, just if people are talking in the corridor etc.

The location was perfect, i would recommend bukit bintang to any tourist looking for a place to stay. The staff was friendly and looking forward to help. The room was ok, no luxury, it was clean, the sheets were soft and the AC was working well. The bathroom was kind of modern and clean. They give you their whatsapp and you can send them messages to ask for room service (it arrives in minutes) or anything you need

The hotel is well positioned. 7 mins walking from jalan ascot food market, 30/40 mins walk to the petronas towers and the KL tower. For me a perfect place to stop over few days for Visa Run. But I met people that were there for a month. Kabir, the reception guy is super friendly and sweet, ready to help with anything and always with a smile for you.

Staff very friendly & helpful. They even carry my luggage to the room. The toilet is very clean the way i like.

Aircond need to improve. Take too long to work perfectly. But overall is okay. Nice stay.

I like that this hotel has its own cafe which the travellers can order from the room :). The receptionist was nice and you can just whatsapp or call them and they immediately fulfilled our requests.

They weren't helpful like we carried our own stuff and they didn't show the room which I hope they can improve (even though the hotel is small).

This hotel is providing excellent customer service and stuff is friendly. According to my budget it will be fine better than nearest hotel.I’m recommended this hotel for anyone.

According to booking.com rate is too high better than a hotel rate. I am recommending a hotel rate only which provides flexible rates for us

Best Location It was like my house with affordable price.... Receptionist Shahdat & Mahee, they are Great Human Being....So Friendly, helpful & Well Behaved ☺️ I will visit again for sure..... I am already missing that place 🥺

The hotel was the same as it is on booking.com. Very friendly staff and very clean and nice environment.

Water pressure in shower was non existent, water stopped running mid shower. Only one working outlet in room.
