The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location - close to Bukit Bitang area, monorail station, night market and many more cool places. Not too far from KLCC. We stayed in the room with shared facilities (kitchen, TV, etc.), but it was comfortable and quiet. On the 6th floor there is a nice terrace with a coffee machine.

No dehumidifier in the room - it would be a great option, since the humidity in KL can be very high (note that we stayed in KL during rainy season). Poor ventilation, as there were no windows in our bedroom.

We had a good stay, just a little improvement to be considered by Chill Suites KL. Basement car park has no lift / stairs connected directly to the hotel, with many bags and luggages, we had to go through boom gate to enter Hotel lobby, it was not convenient especially during rainy days. There was also no loading zone available for us to unload THINGS out safely. However, it is still manageable for us, considering staying in city centre, it is still good as it is hard to get a hotel with free shaded car park available at reasonable rate despite the above. It would be great and bonus points for Chill Suites KL if the below are made available: - Connected lift and stairs to hotel lobby from basement carpark - Shaded pathway from basement carpark boom gate to hotel lobby - Loading zone

This is a really good hotel for families. Hotel staff was helpful, you can even send them a message on What'sapp. The room was clean and the wifi worked well.

We booked the "Twin Room with Bathroom" and it was smaller than I expected. There is a kitchen area and chairs outside in the shared suite, but this is not part of the private room. The location is walkable to Jalan Alor, but honestly the walk isn't that nice, because it is along the side of a highway.

The cleaness, comfort and location in Bukit Bintang area. The size of the appartment for 4 persons enormous. We really appreciate the kindness and outstanding service of the personnel from the reception. Housekeeping was also great. There is a free coffee and tea machine and free drinkwater to tap. We will definitely recommend to everyone visiting KL to stay at this hotel apartment.

Their front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. Especially the Indian lady, very kind and nice. I told them that the aircond was not cool so she insisted on giving me a fan. I told them the blanket was dirty so they changed it right away.. Please increase her increments.

It's not soundproof. I can hear my neighbour's loud voices.

Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel. The staff, from the receptionists to the housekeeping team, were all very friendly and greeted me whenever I encountered them. The check-in process was efficient and the room was clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary cup noodles and coffee capsules in the room, and there were even utensils provided in the common area. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a water dispenser available for guests.

I suggest increasing the size of the entrance door signage so that it is more visible. I had difficulty locating the entrance initially and had to rely on directions from the restaurant staff. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom could be improved. Furthermore, better soundproofing measures should be taken as I was able to hear conversations from the adjacent room while in the common area.

My friends and I had a great stay here for one night. We were greeted by friendly staff right at the entrance door and during check in. We had a problem with our tv remote but the staff came right away when we called them. Our room was with the balcony and it was great to hangout with friends (we were mindful of our neighbours ofc). Overall, it was a good stay. Will repeat when the opportunity comes. Thank you for the great hospitality.

There's no direct access from the parking to the lobby. If you have a lot of luggage with you, plan how you're going to move your luggage from your car beforehand.

The toilet floor too slippery eventhough we already clean and swipe many times and it dangerous..my daughter fell down on our stay thankfully she's okay. The floating wall shelf below tv is danger to toodler .My daughter bumped her head twice bcoz the position is same as her height need to put a bit higher .

Its very quite for goodtime rest & sleeping after all-day activity around KL. Bed a comfy with pillows. I love many pillow while sleeping...walking distance to lalaport mall .timessquare mall n bukit bntang Their staff also great. I book for 3 unit apartment for 3 family including myself..all of them very satisfy for their stay

Wish there a laundry in the same block But still ok..nearby block have laundry..

The hotel provides Netflix & Wifi is awesome. There is no problem with water flow from the shower. If you want to use public transport, it is nearby LRT Hang Tuah it is only a walking distance. I will definitely repeat if I'm back in KL. I just love it when my favourite restaurants are just down below🤗.

The parking is in the basement so it is quite challenging to park downstairs if you are alone but it is okay if you have helper (in my case my brother🤭)
