I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Residency in Kuala Lumpur, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable sanctuary after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my room overlooking the city skyline. It was truly breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights twinkled below. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected during my stay. The location of Casa Residency is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant street food scene or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was just a short walk or ride away. I was in a large spacious 22nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It was kind of stupid for a single person but all that was available. The space, the view, the pool and gym, and the location in Bukit Bintang were all great, all somewhat justify the price paid. There was also a laundry in the apartment which was really convenient.

The advertised price on booking.com does not represent the full cost. Only once the booking was confirmed did I learn taxes and service charges added an additional 40% to the cost. The pricing is not transparent. Note full cost of stay needs to be paid in cash only on arrival, no cards of any sort, pay wave or Google wallet accepted, only cash. The couch in the apartment is very stained and dirty which is off putting. A deep clean on the whole apartment would really lift it. It is not dirty but there were long black hairs in the shower stall and another guest rubbish under the TV cabinet. Better attention by cleaners appreciated.

Location is good, grab accessible, near by shop,mardekeh tower is near by.

Nothing...its just the policy of stay a bit late.... supposed the check in time was 1400 hours instead of 1600 hours

An excellent accommodation for a maximum of five people. It was very clean , and well maintained with all the amenities. The best was the security in the premises, top notch. It's close proximity to all the major malls and places around KL , and MRT and LRT stations, made getting around easy and affordable. Walking distance to jalan alor and many eateries and restaurants and cafes. Staff were very prompt and attentive to all our needs and requirements.

There was nothing to not like. The accommodation made our stay very safe , secure and stress free. And the apartment looks exactly like the picture .... Highly recommend BB casa homes to anyone travelling to KL and looking for very clean and secure premises for their stay in the heart of the city....

Very helpful staff, great location near to station and a lot of shopping and food area..the famous Alor street is just a minutes walk. Berjaya Times Square is also a walking distance. The apartment is very good with just a little more maintenance will be perfect. Ideal for a family of 3 and would fit 4 persons. Easy access as the land lord had someone waiting for us upon arrival. I love this place in general. Thank you staff

A little maintenance for the bathrooms needs to be done. A few insects appeared during our stay that need more care for spraying and cleaning with disinfectants.

If you looking place nearby transportation this might be your choice. The apartment is closed to Hangtuah Monorail station as well walking distance to Lalaport Mall. And nearby the apartment they already have laundry and restaurant so you dont have to worry about food. It is located as well in the middle of city so if you use taxi/grab the price is still affordable. Other than that, the room is spacious and clean.

1. The apartment only has 2 lifts for tenants and only 1 is working at the time I was staying. So, you might need to wait a bit long to use it. 2. During my stay I think the water heater is broken so cannot use it 😕 3. If many guests stay the internet is slow esoecially if you book for studio room.

Spacious room just right next to Bukit Bintang. Amazing view from the 19th floor overlooking a beautiful mosque and the skyline from Kuala Lumpur. Security person at the entrance to the condo. Facilities were good, room also had a fridge and a small kitchenette.

The window wasn’t 100% tight so you could hear the sounds from the traffic outside but due to the room being up on the 19th floor it was not really a problem at all. On the pricier end when long term traveling on a budget, but the views and convenient location make up for it.

Location is good as its 5 mins walk to the Jalan Alor night food market . The apartment has a great view from one of the rooms . Staff are friendly.

We stayed for 6 nights and we were told that cleaning is done only after 4 days . There is a washing machine in the apartment but you need to get your own washing powder which is odd . There were bugs in the apartment. All in all it was a pleasant stay .
