Fab location, great pool & jacuzzi for relaxing after exploring Bukit Bintang. The apartment is really great, roomy and with almost everything you need for a stay.

The apartment was not cleaned very really. The glass panel & door of the shower were dirty and there was cardboard packaging left on a couple of shelves. The cover on the couch doesn’t fit too well & makes that area look shabby. Also, there was fresh looking lipstick on the duvet cover - uck! A bottle opener would have been good too and 2 keys & key cards please. If the agents for the apt could get these issues sorted it would be a near perfect score from me.

I like the swimming pool, and the TV actually comes with an entertainment device that I can use to watch anything I wanted, the only slight downside is I do not know its self checking in, a bit blunder there as I dont know need to contact host first to get the instructions

We really enjoyed our stay at Orion Suites! We had the apartment all to ourselves, which made it feel like a home away from home. The property is conveniently located near the Jalan Alor street food market, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. Public transport is just a short walk away, so getting around was a breeze. We also felt very safe and secure during our stay since access to our floor was limited. A mirror is available upon request, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Orion Suites for anyone looking to stay in the area!

The heater didn’t always work effectively, and there was a persistent urine smell in the toilet

We stayed in the Robertson before but at the other tower. Unfortunately that place didn't exist anymore. The location is still amazing. We still had a great view of the Merdeka 118. The last time the view (from the other tower) of the Petronas Towers and the KL tower. Also the last time the room was much more beautiful and much cleaner. The amenities were still perfect. The pools are great and very clean. The room is large.

The place was not very clean. We had to clean it by ourselves. The room could use some love and attention such as fresh paint on the doors and walls. Also the closing handle of one of the windows was broken and you can push the window open without a locking mechanism. This was quite dangerous as our 4 year old son tried to open the window.

I've stayed here before but in a different appartment. Everything was clean. There was the washing machine, hair drier and iron. There was enough plates/glasses for 4 people. We did not cook though. The bed was comfortable. There was a place to keep your luggage in case you come before check in time. Great location.

The only issue we have we appartments is that you cannot check in early. We also booked same day so you do not get the details of the appartment right away. Thankfully the person managing it did reply before check in time

Super easy to get the key from the lockbox for self-check in (we messaged the hosts on WhatsApp 1 day before). Apartment is large and super comfortable. Great day at the pool. Includes washing machine (but no detergent). Good views and really clean. Many guards 24/7 so you feel safe. Great location, 5 minutes from Jalan Alor.

No amenities at all - in the bathroom there's only one tub of body wash/ hand wash. They don't provide washing up powder or detergent so you must go downstairs and buy it from the convenience store but it's cheap RM5 for a small bag. There's also no sponge to wash dishes despite providing kitchenware. The lobby does stink - some days worse than others. The key card didn't work one day when I wanted to go to floor 6/7 for the pool. It's good value for a nice apartment but don't expect customer service - everything is self-service.

Conveniently located near restaurants and 7 eleven. GRAB was quite easy to get. Rooms were just nice. The host was very helpful. Getting the key was very easy. Value for money.

We stayed for a week and as there was no cleaning service, the room got a little dusty. It would help if there is a broom and dustpan so we can sweep the floor. The beds were a little hard which made it less comfortable. Please add more cutlery. A hair dryer would be nice too.

This home is just next to St Anthony's Church, a beautiful Catholic Church. I walked over in the morning for mass. Apart from this, we could walk to the most happening places like Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang area and the Pavillion, yes within walking distance, amazing. Even the shops just next to this Orion Towers have all the convenient we need for our stay. The home itself is clean, the beds are comfortable and the view from our unit is beautiful too at nigh and day time. This is my second visit, will definitely use this place in my future trips.

Ha ha the noise of LRT, but i think we cannot avoid this as this is the most convenient public transport... apart from this, I am totally satisfied with everything.

There are 2 tower of which we were given to park at North Tower but our unit is at South Tower which was inconvenience. There was incident whereby we were from our unit in South Tower going down walking to North Tower and we were going up to level 3 to get our car but when we were at level 3, we can’t used our access card at the door to the parking. Then, we need to call the host for assistance. The waiting time at the list was too long at about 10 min and always full and two of the lift were out of service almost of the time.

1. Kindly add fan in room and hall. Cant keep the ac on. Sometimes doesnt need ac. Just need fan because the apartment itself not that hot.
