The location is superb, the rooms are clean (i booked 2 rooms with my kids), no worries about foods, there are lots of places to try, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

There is no dedicated parking lot for this hotel, you need to park your car at gated parking lot far in front of the hotel, the lady staff once told me if i may park my car in front of the hotel, she said OK, no worries, the authority never come for enforcement, ended up i was summoned that night.

The Inn is very clean which was good & with a strong WiFi signal, bed was comfortable, location is close to shops which is handy, overall a good place to stay

Facilities wasn’t great, the shower was cold everyday. I booked this hotel rather than a hostel so I could catch up on my sleep after a long journey and the noise from other guests was ridiculous it was the worst sleep I’ve ever had, kids playing games running up and down the corridor gone midnight and constant slamming doors. Ruined my stay in KL as I was so tired. Wish I’d booked a hostel now. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here despite the staff being nice.. it wasn’t worth the money.

the main thing the keep some amount for safety of we brake something they will deduct but the thing in this they will include which was fault from even from start which we didnot did so if u check in room check everything bcoz later they will say this all done by you

Unfortunately, my room showel was break & i have no choice to force take bath with the bucket which i ask the staff to provide for me. While on night or wee hours, i still can hear people talking sound and walking or open/close door it was cause a lot of annoying.
