No free breakfast was on the premises but free flow of coffee all day which was great. Bread is there on offering but no butter, jam or anything else that comes with it.

Signage needs to be implemented on all doors of the room to ensure everyone that comes in and out of the room needs to hold the door instead of letting it slam shut ( self closing) This happens throughout the night even early hours of the morning.

Great location, just a short walk from MRT and right around the corner from the bars, clubs in Bukit Bintang. But I at least didn't hear them km my room. Was very clean. Bed comfortable.

They have a little terrace but it's not the most social hostel. It's more of a hotel. I was lucky enough to have two nice girls in my room and met another on the terrace. But from what I've seen/heard, this is definitely one of the cleanest hostels. What didn't make a lot of sense was that we had a shower and two toilets in the room but no wash basin. So you had to go out of the room to wash your hands or brush your teeth. Would be better to put a basin instead of one of the toilets.

A calm hostel located in a lively district. The location is great, just a short walk away from Butik Bintang metro (exit A) and Jalor Alan food street. Bars are to be found here in abundance, too. The hostel itself is, however, fairly quiet. The bunk beds are fairly comfy and have a curtain for privacy (beware, though, that someone can see through it when you have your bedside light switched on). When the lights are switched off, the room is pitch black, which can be nice for light sleepers. Other guests may still come in and out though. Aircon works just fine. I also tested the single room, which is small but tidy and clean. Comfy bed as well, but no window. The toilet doubles as a shower, which I still think is a bit odd, but I've seen it in other places in Malaysia too.

The downstairs reception looks a bit gloomy, which does not make it a very inviting place to hang out. This is a minor inconvenience, as the place does have a nice terrace where you can sit during the day. I also managed to socialise a bit while I was here. To party, go to one of the many bars located nearby :)

The location is very central to big shopping malls and restaurants. It is also very close to Bukit Bintang station. The facilities were expected of a hotel and cleaned daily. The wifi connection was at times unstable, but worked the majority of the time. The manager was nice enough to let me use one of the fridges to store my soft drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to be central and enjoy a quiet stay.

There was an issue with my cash deposit after turning in my room card upon check-out. The manager was unable to refund my cash deposit upon checking out due to their policy of not keeping cash on their premises. The owner of the hotel was nice enough to contact me after I had left and sorted it out. Please consider leaving the cash deposits on your premises to avoid future issues.

This is definitely the best hostel I have visited! It was extremely clean, they cleaned rooms and bathrooms multiple times a day!! The hospitality was amazing, every worker was so so nice and always happy to help! The location was absolutely perfect, 3 min walk to Jalan Alor and a quick 8 min walk to the Pavillion! This hostel was very calm and chill definitely not a party hostel so if you are looking for something relaxing this is definitely the spot! The hostel is always very close to a ton of different food options and heaps of bars! I love this hostel so much, will definitely be back when I’m in KL!!

The only flaw is their isn’t an elevator so you have to lug your luggage up yourself but honestly was not a big deal at all!

Hotel Hexa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the rooms are well-maintained. The managers, Marziha, Sara, and Ahmed, were fantastic—very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I found it to be the best in Malaysia within any budget, specially owner is very humble, his kids,are very friendly, madam Husband is kind big hearted man, Manager Bablu, l is Awesome, reception man Nazmul very helpful, i highly recommended to all

Price is cheap, clean room. I book female dormitory so its attached with private bathroom. Each bed hve their own light & socket. Also hve a blind curtain so can close n hve yr own privacy. I thought it will a big dorm, but it's not really but still acceptable. Its abt walking distance to Pavilion (850mtr) and only (190mtr) to 24hrs mamak restaurants. KK mart also just a walking distance. Overall its a nice stay n great deal 👍🏻☺️ a little lack can be tolerate

Everything except the shower water not enough this time.

I'm a regular guest here because they have a strong shower water. However, it's a bit disappointed this time. The shower water very weak, only 20% water. It took me more than half an hour to clean whole body. Please fix it and hopefully next stay is a good experience.

Good Guidance , helpful & good Support given by the Staff. Good Hospitality. Excellent AC Room. Very Comfortable. Good Lockers. Clean & Hygenic Washroom. City Central . Easy to Commute. Freedom to come / get into our room at our convenience.
