Excellent place to stay ! There is everything needed for life : microwave,fridge, washing machine,kettle,plates, and kitchen as well .Hotel has gym and pool ,wifi was good -there were no problems,Good view from balcony .Hotel located near jalan Alo street with night Street food market,also there are many of massage salons in this area .Helpfull and supportive representative of the hotel Nishant is very pleasant person thank for assist in any question 😍

I had a great experience staying at this place. The entrance area, elevators, pool, and gym were all very nice, clean, and not too crowded. The room was also nice and spacious, with a great balcony and view. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, answering all my questions and promptly responding to my messages on WhatsApp. The location is also very convenient, close to the party area, in the middle of Bukit Bintang and the food street Jalan Altor. There are many shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, making it a great and guest-friendly place to stay, especially if you enjoy going out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, such as a microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, and plates. The hotel also had a gym and pool, which were great amenities. The Wi-fi worked perfectly without any issues, and the balcony had a good view. The hotel is located near Jalan Alor street, where you can find a night street food market, as well as many massage salons. The representative of the hotel, Songkar, was very helpful and supportive. Everything is perfect.

It had everything we wanted. Within walking distance to Bukit Bintang. The washing machine and hangers/clothes rack was very essential for our trip and they worked great. The place was comfy and cosy and I felt safe. Great view from our windows/balcony. Very good for the price.

There were tiny bugs crawling on the kitchen worktop. Could have some cloths to wash up with and hand soap in the bathroom.

Was on the 12 th floor . Better room and corridor . Renovated or not but was better than last time level maybe around 20-25 floor.

The welcoming guy is boff hmm i have just a Neutral Opinion like 5/10- Not so so welcoming and smiling . Just a guy doing his work no more no less .

I stayed for 10 days. The place is comfortable and clean, there are 4 lifts so you don't have to wait long. Close to places to eat and public transportation. Host was very friendly and very helpful. Very easy to check in and check out. highly recommended.

The location is near to Bukit Bintang. 500m away from the subway. Comes with gym, swimming pool and laundrette facilities. WiFi available too.

The washing machine was faulty. It would be good to have subscribed HBO Go for the tv channels.
