Location were great, it save us a lot of hassle if you want to hangout at Pavilion, Sg. Wang, Bukit Bintang or even visiting Jalan Alor for eateries. Walking distance around 15 minutes more or less. Depends on how fast you walk. However, you'll walked pass the neighbourhood that has a lot of foreign workers some of them were just sleeping on the roadside so make sure you don't walk by yourself at all times. At the lobby of the hotel, there is a kiosk for coffee (Jeju Coffee) which is a great feature for a coffee person like me. You can purchase your morning latte and head back to your room without leaving the building. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly and polite too! Thank you for your hospitality.

The rain shower in our room has a very slow pressure and it also looks a bit rusty. When I switched to hand held shower the pressure even slow so I did not had a good experience on this aspect. This is the only facility that does not meet my expectation.

Very professional and helpful staff, good location with nice eateries around and a short walk to the train station. Walking distance from the main towers. Clean bedding and comfortable bed, kettle in the room, which was very convenient. And the possibility to leave your baggage is just amazing. I had a very comfortable stay at The Mesui hotel.

Some hair left behind here and there in the room, but that didn't affect my stay. I am a short person and traveled solo, so the room and bed size was just perfect for me, but the bed would be pretty short for tall people and room was quite small to pass for a Queen deluxe type, in my opinion.

I love how the hotel handled my request when I have some changes. They provided me an excellent solution to resolve the issue. They are beyond great and guest friendly. Thank you so much for giving me a home away from home. You are highly recommended to my friends and family visiting Kuala Lumpur. Also, this property is near to Jalan Alor Street food market it’s just a minute away. Bukit Bintang Station is just a nearby too and witness the Shibuya KL version.

Easy access & central to shopping sites. The staff at Reception are all very friendly but they do need some serious training to properly understand customer needs that are not the most common or basic ones. They could also continue to improve their EN if the hotel wants to continue targeting European or international clientele. Puan Nora is quite helpful at explaining things when I don’t understand what the staff are saying to me.

Too garish … the whole area is quite rundown, too many businesses squeezed together, bldgs not properly kept, not a pretty attractive part of town to be in … I had to ask for a safe deposit box which is usually something to be taken for granted. The hotel should have given me a mini-fridge as I was there for 12 days, in fact a microwave would have been nice too … the TV could have a few more channels to choose from like BBC/CNN.

Perfect location for people coming in for sightseeing, and walking around. The street where the hotel was located at was filled with fancy restaurants. Just a few minutes walk to get to the heart of Bukit Bintang. A cute little coffee shop can be found in the lobby area to get a coffee fix. Room was not that spacious, but there's a cozy sitting area in the middle of the hotel if you ever feel a little claustrophobic in your room. Pictures and information provided in the hotel description was accurate. Hotel staff was very helpful. Umbrella was provided by the hotel incase rain hits.

Room was clean, but some furniture (like the side tables) were sticky. We appreciate that the room was provided with a TV but with only 4 channels available, and none of the channels were functioning properly. The only channel that was viewable was a mandarin speaking channel, the few other channels were in black and white. Simply said that the TV's main purpose was only as white noise and not for entertainment. Unsure of the purpose of the shelving under the bathroom sink, but the pipe under the sink leaked of water, showing molds on the corners of the shelves due to the constant dampness.

Outstanding! This marks our second visit to this hotel, and it has quickly become our top choice in KL. Situated conveniently near the nightlife and main shopping districts, it offers a perfect blend of accessibility and comfort. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms consistently maintain a high level of cleanliness. For couples seeking a child-free environment, this is undoubtedly the ultimate destination for a memorable stay.

I would suggest enhancing the cleanliness of the toilets and installing brighter lights for improved visibility.

Good location, lots of things going on around the place but still in a quiet street. Front desk staff were really kind and helpful. For the price the room were good size.

. Water pressure was not so good. it was hard to manage the heat of the water. it was either super cold or super hot. . Towels could be updated . Good coffee on the front desk coffee

Helpful and very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and good coffee shop in the foyer where you could sit peacefully. We had a room with the courtroom view and it was very quiet. 25 min walk to Central Market area. Really helpful that we could leave luggage om a locked room at the hotel after checking out.

Everything was great: the staff is super friendly, they provided me with a hair-dryer, a safe and an iron, all for free; the location is perfect (lots of restos and bars, the biggest mall, the evening street market, safe and nice); the design is pretty, the area and the room are perfectly clean! Though the window is tiny (which is typical for Asian hotels), the room is not dark at all.

The visitor in the next room was noisy in the middle of the night and would keep banging the door.

The staff was great and looked out for us. The location is great on a smaller , quieter street with lots of options for eating and having fun.

We had a window to look outside but no ventilation except the bathroom. Also, the TV has 3 stations only. It is very easy in 2024/2025 to get a satellite or tv cable for the time you want to rest in your room for a bit.
