The room service cleaning for a 3 star hotel is amazing even if i leave the room at 5 pm they would still clean it and the cleaning level is excellent, i was in the 12th floor great job 👏. Ruby at the front desk was very friendly and informative. In general the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Good wifi

The elevator situation is really bad, sometimes yull have to wait up to 5 minutes for an elevator. The TV needs more channels and maybe change it to a smart tv. No pool

Location, staff and cleanliness

Drinking water is chargable, its a basic necessity and should be free.

Location was good - close to KLCC, rooms were good and the staffs were friendly.

Had some smoking smell in the room. The housekeeping staff kept spraying the room freshener but the smell kept coming back.

Great location, breakfast was really good. The room.was spotless and very comfortable. No complaints at all

Everything was really good

The location is a bit far for elderly but alright for young people. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful Room service are prompt and patient.

A stool to sit on at the shower room would help elder to relax while taking shower. Twin rooms are a bit embarrsing when resided by different guests/family. The sound pass through the doors and could hear conversations and other actions.

Change items daily on the breakfast,everyday same items

The staff (reception, breakfast hall and housekeeping) are all very customer oriented, very polite and helpful. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Location was great, close to pavillon and Bukit Bintang, and yet quiet.

For long stays - breakfast lacks variety and menu mostly the same daily. Some of the items in the daily menu were not fresh (stale bread and pastries) The hotel can review and update their breakfast options to cater to the preferences and needs of long-term guests.

Great Location: some good restaurants behind and close to the hotel. 10 mins walk to Bukit Bintang. 5 mins drive to Pavillion KL Mall and 10 mins drive to Suria KLCC Mall. Great Reception team: specially Manoj (the Manager), Nada, Kabir and Ganesh were very professional, kind and helpful. I had to book and check-into Holiday Inn Express KL the same day I landed on KL after I was disapponted by another booked accomodation (an unacceptable apartment to stay that I have already raised a complaint to booking.com and still waiting for my refund). I am so glad that I chose Holiday Inn Express that evening. When we checked-in it was time for breaking our fasts as it Ramadan. We were provided with water bottle. As a family with an elderly parent, we felt comfortable and safe in that environment with 24-hour helpdesk. Liked their en-suite shower room. Breakfast/Restaurant: welcoming staff at their restaurant specially Ganesh. Varities of fruits and bakery items.

It’s a busy hotel with lots of visitors. As a result, the lifts are always busy and takes time. Breakfast: more protein items like grilled chicken or fish should be included instead of similar chicken and fish curry.

Drinking water bottle provides only little i.e 500ml 2-nos a day for 2 persons! At last by requesting to collect more water bottles from the front office. Thanks for the excellent services.

Hotel was located very centrally, a short walk to the nearest monorail station and just a few minutes walk away from Bukit Bintang and Pavilion. Within 1 minute walk from the hotel there is a convenience store, McDonalds and supermarket. If you are coming by taxi the fact that the hotel is located so centrally may mean you get stuck in significant traffic on your way to/from the hotel at peak hour. Check-in was friendly and efficient and my room was quite large with plenty of space for storing luggage and a desk with an office chair along with tea and coffee and bottled water. Only basic amenities were supplied in the bathroom but you could ask the front desk if you needed anything else. Breakfast was pretty good and had a good selection of dishes including both Asian and Western options. The breakfast area is large but it's a large hotel so it does get busy. I used the coin laundry which worked well, you can buy tokens from the front desk. Overall it was a good place to stay in a great location.

It is a very large hotel and there are only 4 elevators (that serve all hotel levels), one of these was broken during my stay. There are other elevators but it is not clear they only serve office areas. In general, the hotel needs more elevators as it's such a big place and wait times can be quite long.
