Brand new hotel, all top notch. Modern industrial design, , large and modern beautifully equipped ooms even when on the darker side. Location is excellent in the middle of vibrant city centre. Rooftop pool very nice. Overall an e cwllent experience.

The staff needs better training, some of them either hardly understand any English or they take ages to handle a request, especially at Al Forno restaurant. However the Chef is extremely polite and pro-active but struggling with his team. Anyway, the hotel is on soft opening, so they may get this issue under control soon. For .my taste, a 5 star rated hotel should have a sauna or steam room, besides the fitness centre.

This is a wonderful new hotel! Beautiful interior of the hotel and rooms. Fabulous tasty breakfast that we enjoyed so much. And very friendly stuff. Thank you We loved everything!

The only thing that wasn’t convenient is the steam iron. Bcs to use it I need to hang shoulders with my clothes smwhere, on some hook or smth. But I didn’t find any in the place where I found sockets, so I had to hold shoulders with one hand and to iron with another one. A bit difficult))

Spacious room and nicely done. Love the pool area. Just a walking distance to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Plenty of food options around the area.

From start to finish, my stay at Hyatt Centric Center Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of phenomenal. The hotel is a true gem, offering a perfect blend of luxury and modern design. The design is sleek and contemporary, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment you step inside. The staff were extremely professional and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, it’s perfect – central and convenient for exploring the best of Kuala Lumpur. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier experience in KL.

My only small critique would be that the restaurant isn’t open 24 hours, which would have been convenient for late-night cravings.

The interior of the property including the public areas and rooms are vibrant and modern. Rooms are well designed with comfortable bed and amenities. The high floors has excellent views to KL skyline including famous twin towers. All the staff's were amazing and helpful, we really liked the uniform design, which gives a unique perspective of the hotel. Service was excellent from receptions to restaurant waiters, one the best breakfasts we had in our travels to various parts of the world.

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur! From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. Huge shoutout to the young guy at registration (wish I caught his name!)—he was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering a complimentary breakfast, which was such a nice surprise. The front-of-house team was consistently impressive, from the concierge to check-in staff—professional, warm, and super helpful. Housekeeping was equally on point; the room was spotless every single day. The hotel design is edgy, modern, and full of character—exactly what you’d want in a stylish city stay. Plus, the location is unbeatable. You're right in the heart of KL with everything just a short walk or ride away. Only area that could use some improvement is the F&B team at the bar downstairs—they seemed a little unsure about basic drink orders like a G&T or rum and coke. A bit more training there would really elevate the overall experience. Still, I’d absolutely recommend Hyatt Centric KL to anyone visiting the city. With such great service, design, and location—it’s a standout choice. 👏

Everything was great! Excellent location, friendly staff, nicely designed room with a comfortable bed. Superb breakfast!!! Initially I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I asked if I could have a higher floor if possible, which the friendly receptionist accommodated! The view from the 14th floor was spectacular! It’s worth asking for a high floor if available!

I ordered a room service twice and both times they messed up. First time I ordered Chicken Curry Laksa, which arrived without curry - just dry noodles without any sauce! When I complained eventually the sauce arrived after quite some time. The second day I ordered a Coke with my meal, which didn’t arrive. When I complained it took them 20min to bring a can of Coke. I already finished the meal by then. They need to train their F&B team better!

We wanted to be near the Petronas Twin Towers and actually we could see them so we were very happy. It was close to the Monorail and had some restaurants near by although great shopping was at the Petronas Towers shopping mall. The staff were excellent and very supportive throughout our stay. Also, the rooftop pool was brilliant and really clean so my friend loved swimming there. The breakfast selection was great but the order for cooked stuff took a long time.

Hot food order and selection of teas could be better.

Didn't realize this was a newly opened hotel so very lucky to have stayed there so early on. View from pool is amazing with rooftop bar. Hotel is very chic and clean. Would definitely come back.

The food option at the rooftop bar is limited but thats probably coz it's such a new hotel but having bar snacks as simple as fries should be on the menu however the quesadilla being served at the rooftop as to die for. They are so delicious.

Close to the places we wanted to visit. HOHO bus tour kiosk or bus stop is just 10-min walk. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Shout out to Myra at the reception desk. Not only we were able to check in early, she took time to check if she could accommodate my request which she did. Breakfast was delicious. We will surely stay in this hotel should we go visit Malaysia again. 🫰🏻🫶🏻
