The breakfast is AMAZING! I couldn’t believe how detailed everything was and how many options there were. There was a pastry chef baking in public view, an omelette chef, espresso machine, lox buffet, etc. the view from breakfast was great too. I was blown away! I would definitely recommend getting the breakfast included to anybody who is contemplating. The hotel was obviously new and gorgeously decorated. The staff were great and very helpful. The lounge in the pool area and happy hour cocktails were fantastic.

I didn’t like that there was no furniture on the balcony. I really hope they change that because I don’t see the point in getting a balcony room without furniture. The bidet didn’t shut off in the bathroom unless you closed the lid. I also wish there were more pool chairs available. We still enjoyed our stay here and would recommended it.

Brand new hotel, all top notch. Modern industrial design, , large and modern beautifully equipped ooms even when on the darker side. Location is excellent in the middle of vibrant city centre. Rooftop pool very nice. Overall an e cwllent experience.

The staff needs better training, some of them either hardly understand any English or they take ages to handle a request, especially at Al Forno restaurant. However the Chef is extremely polite and pro-active but struggling with his team. Anyway, the hotel is on soft opening, so they may get this issue under control soon. For .my taste, a 5 star rated hotel should have a sauna or steam room, besides the fitness centre.

This is a wonderful new hotel! Beautiful interior of the hotel and rooms. Fabulous tasty breakfast that we enjoyed so much. And very friendly stuff. Thank you We loved everything!

The only thing that wasn’t convenient is the steam iron. Bcs to use it I need to hang shoulders with my clothes smwhere, on some hook or smth. But I didn’t find any in the place where I found sockets, so I had to hold shoulders with one hand and to iron with another one. A bit difficult))

Amazing location, very comfortable beds, awesome staff and the rooftop pool was as good as it gets. The smart toilets and international sockets in every room was a great touch too. Would definitely be back.

The only thing that stopped this being a 10/10. The rooftop pool opened from 9am but the restaurant on that floor didnt open till 4pm weekdays. Meaning to get coffee or breakfast you had to go down 3 levels, sometimes in wet trunks, to order from the restaurant on 19. You couldnt order to the pool from that restaurant either. Even if they just served coffee and drinks from the pool side restaurant from 9am would make a huge difference. The buffet breakfast also had very little choice and felt a little over priced.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and I must say — it was absolutely incredible! To this day, it has been the most beautiful and impressive hotel I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were extremely professional and welcoming, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was simply amazing. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — with an incredible view of the city! The facilities were exceptional too: the pool, the restaurant, the gym — everything exceeded my expectations. I truly felt at home, and even better! If you’re looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and unforgettable service, this is the one. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I loved the room. The design is beautiful and very functional. The rooftop pool is also nice. Everything was clean and our beds were comfy. The staff was very helpful. The location was great.

My son got hurt because of a sharp edge of one tile in the pool. However, the staff was very helpful and acted quickly, giving him first aid. Luckily, it was not very serious. The breakfast was a bit chaotic. We had to wait every morning even though there were tables available. There was cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system at the toilet.

Spacious room and nicely done. Love the pool area. Just a walking distance to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Plenty of food options around the area.

From start to finish, my stay at Hyatt Centric Center Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of phenomenal. The hotel is a true gem, offering a perfect blend of luxury and modern design. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, it’s perfect – central and convenient for exploring the best of Kuala Lumpur. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier experience in KL.

My only small critique would be that the restaurant isn’t open 24 hours, which would have been convenient for late-night cravings.

The interior of the property including the public areas and rooms are vibrant and modern. Rooms are well designed with comfortable bed and amenities. The high floors has excellent views to KL skyline including famous twin towers. All the staff's were amazing and helpful, we really liked the uniform design, which gives a unique perspective of the hotel. Service was excellent from receptions to restaurant waiters, one the best breakfasts we had in our travels to various parts of the world.

There isn't anything that we came across.

- central position - the building is new and classy - great food - real italian restaurant inside (pizza like the best from Italy) - nice pool - big rooms with comfortable beds

- at night (10th floor) street noise was still quite strong, also due to "fast & furious attitude" of people driving - some of the staff are inexperienced, missing some basics (like apologizing for mistakes or preparing the table after letting people sit)
