Nice interior

The reception is not helpful at all, only focus on telling me the rules and regulation, as in I am destroying the hotel property. It is the first hotel I ever stay that the receptionist is well train on explaining rules and regulation. The receptionist is so "details" line by line and circle the value that I need to pay if I make any damage on the property and not to focus to introduce what I can enjoy for the stay. The receptionist is not helpful and make me like idiots to listen on the hotel rules and regulations. Not a present stay at all.

After reading the online reviews, I was a little worried but everything turned out excellent! Check in was smooth. Receptionist Azra was fantastic and friendly! Apt was big and clean with a huge bath tub. I didnt get to use the facilities but they looked good! For breakfast, I think they got an external provider and it wasnt buffet style. You get to choose from a menu of 6 choices and it was yummy! They could level up by providing drinks for kids too instead of coffee and tea only. The apt had security frequently patrolling around and appeared safe. Grab food had to be picked up at guard house which means no "wanderers" around.

This was an absolutely amazing place! From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a first-class experience. One of the days during our stay, it started raining just as we arrived in our Grab (taxi), and to our surprise, the staff came out with an umbrella to meet us—such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this. The staff were incredibly attentive, and whenever we requested fresh towels, they were promptly replaced. The night view from the property was stunning, and we really appreciated having an iron and ironing board available—it made our stay even more convenient. There’s honestly so much to love about this property. My kids had the best time and didn’t want to leave—they said they could stay forever! There were only two small downsides. First, the television mainly had cartoon channels, with no options for movies or popular TV dramas, and the sound quality wasn’t great—it felt a bit outdated. Second, the breakfast drink options were limited to just tea or coffee. For people like us who don’t drink either, it was a bit of a letdown—we had to forfeit the drink, as there weren’t alternatives like juice or milk. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Fantastic location! Gorgeous tropical setting for the pool. Quiet despite being right in the middle of the city. Loved how it was run like a hotel but you were staying in an apartment - a very different feel. Makes you feel like you live in the city and not a visitor…. You could park your car in the basement and go straight up to your apartment without changing lifts. Would definitely stay here again. Ask for apartments that face the pool though… Apartments are spacious!

The property needs a little TLC and modernisation… Despite this, would still stay there again.

The location was very good. The room was big and the view was nice. Good water pressure in the shower, excellent ventilation.

The breakfast was an external service and was not what I expected from a 5 star property. It didn't have many options, the drinks were limited only to one coffee or tea and the tea was only black tea. I usually don't drink coffee or black tea, so I struggled with black tea and a lot of milk in it. I would've preferred to have at least a tea variety. We had an other night reserved for our return in KL after visiting Malaysia, but we cancelled due to breakfast issues this property has, from our point of view. Bad smell from the flow near the toilet bowl.

Good location.....walk to Petronas is about 15/20 minutes. Same to the nightlife at Changkat Bukit Bintang. Also to shopping areas. Traffic in the area is pretty bad. Lovely security guys....always great with smile/wave/salute. Room massive and all you need in there. However, it seems nigh on impossible to control the AC, notably in the bedroom, which was too warm even when the AC was supposedly on full blast. There is a ceiling fan that helps a bit. Bathrooms lovely and great bath and shower. Kitchen area good. Ask to have room serviced daily so you can get a restock of water and tea/coffee etc. Building site next door as new tower going up, wasn't really a problem though. Once erected whatever view you can get of the Petronas Towers will be lost forever. Breakfast option at the adjacent place is poor and wish I had not bothered. Seem to have no clue how to make a hot cup of tea, but maybe that is how they do it over there? Another time the food was just sat waiting to come out until I asked where it was. Problem with sockets not working in the room, reported before 9am, reception came up and said would send maintenance to sort it. Returned later at 6pm, nothing done? Told maintenance would come straight away as we were going out again. 30 mins later they turned up and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Don't bother emailing the place as they do not reply. Thai restaurant around the corner was nice as well as the Brussels beer cafe.

Have stayed in various locations in KL and this is by far the best. Quiet street right near an LRT station, with shops & cafes nearby. The rooms are huge and while an older style are still very comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly & efficient. Highly recommend E&O and would stay again.

The pool, while nice, was very busy with lots of kids. It was a holiday weekend so maybe to be expected. The air-conditioning needs attention. Was quite noisy & was not always sure it was working as well as it could.

- I was given musty smelling room upon my arrival at 04:00 am. I was too tired to make the change right away. However after brief talk with the FO manager in the morning, the issue was resolved by allocating us into a new room which was perfect. - Housekeeping is clearly doing it's best. The property shows marks of wear and tear, where Engineering could be more precise with repairs. I think the hotel is in need of complete renovation to keep up with the current modern trends. But this is all justified by it's price. So no major complaint.

Great for familles, very spacious two bedroom villa. Great views. Loved the pool facilities. Easy access to MRT and little easymart shops. Staff were amazing, both front security and reception. They gave us pool towels at reception too. Would definitely stay again, great location and great size room.

Would have been nice to have washing powder provided. The apartment was looking tired and needed air freshener. Pool towels should be provided either in room or at pool. Breakfast that was included….was offered at 2 coffee shops, limiting choice for families and no drinks provided for kids.
