Nice interior

The reception is not helpful at all, only focus on telling me the rules and regulation, as in I am destroying the hotel property. It is the first hotel I ever stay that the receptionist is well train on explaining rules and regulation. The receptionist is so "details" line by line and circle the value that I need to pay if I make any damage on the property and not to focus to introduce what I can enjoy for the stay. The receptionist is not helpful and make me like idiots to listen on the hotel rules and regulations. Not a present stay at all.

This was an absolutely amazing place! From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a first-class experience. One of the days during our stay, it started raining just as we arrived in our Grab (taxi), and to our surprise, the staff came out with an umbrella to meet us—such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this. The staff were incredibly attentive, and whenever we requested fresh towels, they were promptly replaced. The night view from the property was stunning, and we really appreciated having an iron and ironing board available—it made our stay even more convenient. There’s honestly so much to love about this property. My kids had the best time and didn’t want to leave—they said they could stay forever! There were only two small downsides. First, the television mainly had cartoon channels, with no options for movies or popular TV dramas, and the sound quality wasn’t great—it felt a bit outdated. Second, the breakfast drink options were limited to just tea or coffee. For people like us who don’t drink either, it was a bit of a letdown—we had to forfeit the drink, as there weren’t alternatives like juice or milk. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

After reading the online reviews, I was a little worried but everything turned out excellent! Check in was smooth. Receptionist Azra was fantastic and friendly! Apt was big and clean with a huge bath tub. I didnt get to use the facilities but they looked good! For breakfast, I think they got an external provider and it wasnt buffet style. You get to choose from a menu of 6 choices and it was yummy! They could level up by providing drinks for kids too instead of coffee and tea only. The apt had security frequently patrolling around and appeared safe. Grab food had to be picked up at guard house which means no "wanderers" around.

I had a fantastic stay at the E&O Residances. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The modern design and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of KL City Centre, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. I truly appreciated the quiet ambiance despite being in such a central area. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the security in the building gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Kuala Lumpur. I will definitely book again on my next visit!

Fantastic location! Gorgeous tropical setting for the pool. Quiet despite being right in the middle of the city. Loved how it was run like a hotel but you were staying in an apartment - a very different feel. Makes you feel like you live in the city and not a visitor…. You could park your car in the basement and go straight up to your apartment without changing lifts. Would definitely stay here again. Ask for apartments that face the pool though… Apartments are spacious!

The property needs a little TLC and modernisation… Despite this, would still stay there again.

Lovely big comfortable room and we had a view of both the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower from our room on the 22nd floor - especially beautiful at night !! Arrived about 4am - great having a friendly 24/7 reception available ( which was the main reason we picked this site ) . After my wife broke her ankle in another country 3 days prior , the staffed front desk was invaluable as they were able to lend us a wheel chair for the length of our stay at E&O

Our only dislike was the small black on black step from the bedroom into the bathroom that was very hard to see and a tripping and toe stubbing hazard !!

Our suite was amazing, so roomy, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the train station, loads of eateries and 24/7 mini-mart. We didn't much like the options offered for breakfast, apart from the yoghurt bowl. Everything else was savoury and fatty and more like lunch fare.

Pool towels would have been handy. Some laundry powder would be useful, even a small container. There's a sign in the bathroom saying that towels aren't changed unless they are put on the floor after use, for environmental reasons, which is great, but our towels were changed every single day - a nice touch but totally unnecessary. Netflix on the telly would be great. There were no English-speaking stations to watch.

The location was very good. The room was big and the view was nice. Good water pressure in the shower, excellent ventilation.

The breakfast was an external service and was not what I expected from a 5 star property. It didn't have many options, the drinks were limited only to one coffee or tea and the tea was only black tea. I usually don't drink coffee or black tea, so I struggled with black tea and a lot of milk in it. I would've preferred to have at least a tea variety. We had an other night reserved for our return in KL after visiting Malaysia, but we cancelled due to breakfast issues this property has, from our point of view. Bad smell from the flow near the toilet bowl.

The front office staff charged me twice. And when I found out, they answered me, "Oh yes, we knew about it. Got the guts to tell me a new staff handled me. I was very disappointed with their answer. When I demanded to see the Front Office Manager, their typical answer was Manager is not in. When I demanded a refund, they said it would take me a month to get back my money. I refused to give in. And then they said, 1 week. I still refused their answer. Since it was already night, i went back to my room. The next morning, I managed to meet the Morning shift Front office manager. He apologised many times for what had happened and refunded me by cash. He was very professional in dealing with me. If you ask me, if I would go again, its a definite YES
