The place was perfectly near to some tourist spots like Petronas Tower and KL tower!It was quite big unit and clean. Would be nice to stay for more days or a week coz they have almost everything you need.You feel like at home and can relax when you just want to stay in.

Need to do face registration for lift access. Since we went during public holidays,we were not able to register ourselves and we need to ask guard help for lift access everytime we go in.We were not able to use pool because of that.

bed is soft. good value for an apartment near klcc. they got all the facilities like stove, microwave, etc. lova the location. water pressure is great. bathtub works amazing too !

the kitchen light was flickering all the time. the tv was slow to start & play.

Location was outstanding. The security was excellent and the rooftop pool was great. The information provided prior to accessing the property was also a great help.

Minor water damage with the bathroom corridor and bedroom but nothing that would stop me using this property.

The room is spacious and fully furnished. The location is very closed to centre and there is a 7-eleven just across the street.

from nearest train station, about 7-9 mins walk required. In toilet, the handheld part of the bidet is missing.

Location was great. Our rooms were very nice, spacious, bright, comfortable beds, a/conds were cold, clean. Netflix was a bonus. Family said we would like to repeat our stay again.

Although the parking was designated it was too far into the basement b4 reaching parking, luckily the lift was near. When we were there the in & out card system was not functioning. For 1st timers like us the key collection instructions were a bit hassle but for repeated would be fine. Could have been better if can review the check in & check out time for family travelers like us with babies & small children. 10am check-out is a no no, unless the checking in is slightly earlier. Maybe checking in at 2pm & check out at 12pm-my 2 cents. :):):)

Wifi was not working. I reported it but nothing was done to fix the issue. There were several other issues but there didn’t seem like much point in talking to the staff.
