Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, well-designed apartment with an amazing city view. Helpful and accommodating management. They always tried to do the best they could. This was our fourth time staying in Soho. Non-standard check-in and check-out times were always arranged upon our request.

There was no window in the second bedroom. The mattress on the bed was too firm and accumulated static electricity, and it was very uncomfortable. Eventually, I found a solution to the problem. I assembled a comfortable bed from what was available in the living room and put it in the bedroom instead. Everything has been good since then. I was using an ironing board as a computer desk.

It is perfect for quiet work at home, cooking, resting, and getting around the city easily. All central places are reachable on foot. The kitchen and bathrooms are excellently equipped in a modern style. There was even a drinking water system in the kitchen besides a microwave, stove, fridge, washer and drier, full sets of kitchenware, and dishes. Fantastic views from windows. The suits are well-managed. A small convenience market in the building has a lot of things that people might need.

You expect the apartment to be furnished up to the standards it was built. However, it had only basic furniture, and we had to think of how to arrange entry furniture and a desk in the room. The other room was missing all the shelves in the closet. The apartment was not in perfect condition but good enough for temporary living. The glass surfaces of tables and stands made me uncomfortable because I was always afraid to break them. The apartment was bigger than we booked which is surely appreciated, and it balanced all these cons out.

Amazing view from our room! We really felt at home at this lovely apartment - great location too, walking distance from KLCC and Bukit Bintang via the covered walkway (so even when it was raining, we could get around easily). The hosts were very polite and accommodating, and the unit had great facilities.

Check in and check out were a bit clunky, i.e. I had to Whatsapp and wait for like 20-30mins for check in, and with check out, we had a pre-arranged time but that did not happen and we had to wait almost an hour to get the keys handed over. Also, it would have been nice to be able to use the pool but the charge was a bit high.

I appreciated the effort of the staff for considering our requests while checking in. They were very helpful in providing our needs and were very responsive when we raised concerns particularly in the repair needed in the bathroom. I appreciated their honest responses and the guidance they provided. I appreciate their flexibility and the decision-making skills. Specific to the facilities, water pressure is very good. The basic necessities are available except for the spoon/fork.

The valve for the bidet needs to be closed when not in use to avoid any leakage in the bathroom. It's just uncomfortable to close and open it again when we need to use the restroom. Most likely, the cause is the water pressure. One room does not have a cabinet.

The location is ideal. within walking distance to klcc and pavilion. the connector is just 200m away from the building. Our stays was fabulous. I make some changes 2 days before my arrival. and in touch with Imran. He’s a super nice guys and gives us a lot of help. Will definitely come back again. strongly recommended.

Very clean...2 comfortable rooms for 8 people..there is a sofa bed...mr adib gave good service during checkin/checkout..

Soho klcc there is no view off klcc bcoz it is blocked from other new buildings..but u can walk to klcc..very close...

All the facilities were great

- location - cleanliness - manager in charge (Mr Imran Khan so friendly) - bed - room facilities

- gym and swimming pool need extra charge

It's was a nice stay with soho suite klcc by luxury suite Asia. Room so nice clean tidy. view also super and staff was good to .specially thanks Mr Imran my brother for good service response and quick reply. So far all good and nice. Who ever want to stay near to klcc can choose this property they manage property Nice way

Checking in was a brief, as was well assisted by Adib. Location of the place was very very good. I would just stay there again cos being at the very strategic location (business venues, restaurants, shopping malls etc). love the security and the access to specific floors only (very good to have that).

think the parking system need to be rework (think a bit inconvenient to park at the side to unload - no proper place to do that & needed to walk around the carpark to get back to the Soho entrance) also, should allocate at least 2 carparking lots for the guests
