The host's communication was excellent, and they responded promptly. The check-in instructions were clear, and the unit was clean, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had necessities such as plates, glasses, mugs, and cooking utensils. The unit also has a washing machine, and washing liquid was provided. I gave it a rating of 9.5 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. I highly recommend this property to friends, family, and anyone on Booking.com. Just a tiny tweak of improvement is needed. I would suggest that the host change the dishwashing sponge every time you have a new guest and provide paper towels in the kitchen. Would be great to have an option for extra pillows (they might have provided it if I have asked, but I didn't). I think it would they need to have a small lamp in the 3rd bedroom. Other than that, it did not hinder my stay at SOHO Suite KLCC by Leala. I think it is a bit steep to have to pay RM20 per day to use the pool (which is no fault by the host) I think the gym and the pool are manage by the 3rd party.

Had a wonderful stay in the 2bedroom cum 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is very clean and well furnished with fully equipped kitchenette and washer/dryer. There is multi international power plugs with USB in the bedrooms and living room. How thoughtful is that! With full floor to ceiling glass windows the view from 32nd floor is like the New York city view at night. Location is excellent and Grab car is reasonably priced. Our host JP is very attentive and professional in his dealings. Asking ahead for our airport car plate so he could personally greet us upon arrival is a very thoughtful gesture. JP is detailed and clear in explaining on the access to lobby/lift/apartment. He’s meticulous and works hard to ensure all his guests enjoy a 5-star stay. Which I definitely did! Thanks JP! Will definitely be back again soon.

Very convenient location with just 5-10 min walk to KLCC & Pavilion. The unit is also very clean and better than what we expected. The staff is also very helpful and attend to us within minutes whenever we need help. Highly recommended to stay here!

Superb host Leala and unit condition! We initially booked 4 nights at same condo under a different host (21 C-something) that unit was horrible (common toilet leaking smell like overnight pee after 1 use, 3rd bedroom no window and the bed and blanket looks like never change, bed mattress was bad, toiletries was only a pathetic unnamed bottle on the floor and even make me pay for the parking which was free for most other host..the list could go on) all in all too horrible that i had to forgo my booking fees (to be fair host was responsive but sadly i cannot leave them a review on the unit now cos the booking was cancelled as my family and I could not stay there for the rest of the holiday and let it affect our mood) I quickly look for another unit at midnight cos i could not sleep luckily Leala had a vacant unit and its was SUPERB (other than the lift shaft abit noise in master bed room due to penthouse unit and the wall was beside the lift). They even allowed me to check in at 10.30am sensing our desperation and urgency. We are so glad we rebooked and shifted to Leala for the next 3 nights, the unit was penthouse, bright, clean, very good view, the 3rd bedroom has 2 proper single bed althou it was small but overall very good experience. Definitely will rebook Leala's unit without hesitation in future.

Met at the entrance and greeted by staff, manager always in contact via WhatsApp and even arranged for a car at the airport. Excellent staff and management. Then into the property, easy to access and great facilities in the building including gym and pool (not included in the price) and a small market. I’m the apartment it is really spacious, large rooms, well set out and really well equipped with brand new equipment. Immaculately clean and tidy with no maintenance issue. Located a very short walk to lots of attractions shops and a very easy elevated walk to the huge mall. Perfect!!

We were inundated by the many choices of places to stay when we were looking for accommodation in KL. Since my family prefers a place with a kitchenette and laundry facilities, we narrowed our search to apartments. SOHO Suites by Leala appeared during our search due to its many positive reviews, and although there were a handful of not-so-favourable ones, we decided to go for it! We did not regret our choice! Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were professional, prompt and polite (thank you to the gentlemen we met). The arrangements for airport transfers (the drivers were excellent), check-in and check-out were seamless. They even checked on us to ensure everything was fine after we had checked in. My family had a very comfortable stay in a 3-bedroom unit. The unit was located on an upper floor and offered partial views of both the KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers. The unit was clean (note: my family is particular about cleanliness) and appeared to be newly furnished. Daily housekeeping is available upon request. The beds and blankets were comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep throughout our stay. While only two pillows per bed were provided and they were a bit soft, we made do with them. My kid was so happy with the channels provided, as she could watch her favourite Taylor Swift concerts while sitting comfortably on the sofa. In terms of location, it’s about a 10-minute walk (or less) to both Pavilion and KLCC. There’s a few small shops around, such as a 7-11, where you can buy basic stuff. There’s even a McDonald's close by. Overall, we give this apartment a thumbs-up, especially for families. We hope the unit will be well-maintained by both the hosts and guests alike, so that more people can enjoy it.

1. The host, JP, was excellent and proactive with communications and coordinating everything pre check in and check out. Amit, one of the staff was also very friendly. Very professional and honest, not to mention the response time was almost immediate. 2. What I loved the most was we had to fly out for a few days prior to check in, they allowed us to store our luggages. That was above and beyond!! 3. This suite was one of the most clean places we rented in KL. They do a great job with maintaining upkeep, it was clean and no mold or sewage smell like other apartments in KLCC. 4. The location was superb, close to good, shopping and the 9 mins walk to the Pavillion.

What a great place to stay with a large family. We booked 2 x 3 bedrooms as we had 12 people and it was perfect. Great spaces, comfy bed, dining and lounge. Super clean and everything was well maintained and equipped. Love how everything was provided like a hotel. The location was special with views of Petronas Twin Towers and Menara KL Tower. Also appreciated the enclosed tunnel walk to Pavilion shops to stay dry and cool from heat. My communication with Jean-Philippe and Amit was an absolute pleasure. They both were polite, responsive and helpful. I highly recommend and would book again.
