I love everything here and the service was really good. Not to mention all the friendly staffs and they were very helpful. Thank you very much. My family and I really love staying here. Definitely will stay here again.

The restaurant was in renovation, we're quite sad because of it. The breakfast we got in the room wasn't very good, perhaps buffet in a restaurant would be better.

Definitely amazing but the walk to the pool wasn’t 5 stars and the walls and couches were just a little scabby. Still amazing place to stay but it’s the little things that make it 5 star.

Great location, with overpasses/underpasses close by to take you to the shopping centres, Petronas towers and around KLCC. Great way to walk around but not in the sun.

People at the reception area were incredible friendly and hospitable. I enjoyed the spacious room. It felt incredibly homy and I could just relax and unwind on the sofa. The TV had a good selection of channels and the bed was very comfortable. Overall place was tidy and neat as well. The toilet was extremely big and relaxing in the bath tub was a wonderful experience.

The facilities at the hotel are adequate but nothing much to shout about. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. The breakfast venue is detached from the hotel but within the vicinity, the overall ambience of the place was very dark and food quality was sub standard.

I like how clean the place and how much of convienient it is to walk in just 5 mins distance away from the twin tower. Its also 8 mins away to reach TRX by car, which I love.

I arrived there about 10mins earlier and I had to wait for inspections of the room they said for almost another 25mins. Nevertheless, they didn't rushed me out for check out, I check out with approximately the same timing as how I got the keys late which is very good. Hence, that pretty much sums up of nothing much that I don't like here. Wish I got more time to book for another night, 1 night is not enough apparently 😂

1. Their restaurant was under renovation so we had to go to another restaurant in the next building. Very limited spread and not too many options. They didn’t provide a take away cup for tea or coffee. You had to consume everything inside the restaurant. 2. The property seemed quite old and it showed. 3. The rooms were not sound proof. Even though we were on the 15th floor we found hear the traffic and police sirens in the middle of the night which disrupted our sleep every night 4. The towels were worn out and it showed

Perfectly located in the heart of the city, this hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even surprising us with a room upgrade despite our last-minute booking. The hotel's cleanliness and management were top-notch, making us feel right at home. We loved the luxurious amenities, including the stunning sky lounge, infinity pool, gym and wellness centre. Being close to iconic landmarks like the Petronas Towers and shopping malls was a bonus. We'd highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!"

Excellent location close to many food options and easy for grab pick up. 5 minute walk to Suria KLCC shopping centre, KLCC park, petrosains, aquarium, restaurants and stores. Short drive from other KL attractions. Excellent staff and service, super friendly and helpful. Convenience store downstairs opens at 7am and closes quite late at night. There is also a supermarket in Suria KLCC. Helped us with a late checkout given we had a midnight flight. Kids loved the pool

The 2BR apartment was spacious and great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Location is premium in the heart of KL, a couple of minutes away from the Petronas towers. We really enjoyed our stay.

1- The restaurant La Bodega in the hotel can do a lot better in terms of quality and choices. I do not recommend to have breakfast there. Better to leave the breakfast option open to go and eat outside. Great choices are in Suria KLCC just across the road. 2- The pool and sky lounge do not have a bar or beverages service on the 22nd floor. That was a kind of a disappointment as you would expect to have the beverages service to be part of the pool/hotel experience.
